The food was absolute garbage. My wrap broke apart and spilled everything out, wasn’t even grilled or toasted, they didn’t even ask. For $11 I’d expect better. Had no issues here before but now there’s new people and it shows that they’re new. Hopefully they learn otherwise I will not be coming back.

So while the gentleman was making our food I watched as the manager Karan use the broom on the floor, he then proceeded to use the same nasty broom to take the crumbs off the tables ... he literally used the broom to sweep off the table tops and chairs ... so nasty . This was our first and our last time

Half the time they manage to get your online orders wrong, and when their friends want to start an argument with you, they kick you out as if you were causing the problems their friends wanted to have with you.
Trash all the way around, go somewhere else.

Came here Saturday March 29th. They hardly spoke English nor acted like they understood it. Told the man I wanted the weekly special of the day which was the Ultimate BMT, he asked me the number to the special had to explain several times there wasn't one. Then told him him the Pepsi was out he argued it wasn't the crap ran clear I told him if Pepsi was working it would have brown color he stood there n argued....be the last time I come here...next time I will go to the one in knightstown smh

I’m not sure how they stay in business. Customer service was horrible. She was mad my son didn’t understand her. She hardly put any tuna on the sandwich. I will drive out of my way to go to another location next time.

Never going here again. Put like no toppings on my sandwich and got mad when I asked for a little more and would throw the toppings on my sandwich (as if 2 slivers of green peppers was enough). Not even spread them out. Rude. I wish I could say I was rude and she at least has a reason to be that way but whatever.

Our experience has been really good. We get sandwiches here every weekend. We order online and make us of the company's frequent promotions. Our food is ready ontime and smiley people always greet us. The food is always fresh and carefully prepared.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki footling on Italian herbs and cheese with Baja Chipotle and pepper jack cheese then I had it toasted. It turned out really great and made for an awesome lunch. Highly recommend.

Rude and terrible manager makes all of her employees quit. Gets more. Rinse and repeat. Slow, rude, overpriced. Also their air conditioning has been broken the entire summer so it is upwards of 80° while you stand in line for 20 minutes for one sandwich and get treated badly during the process.
