Our Sandwich Artist was on the phone the entire time he was helping us (still is). We got combos. Didn't bother to tell us the soda machine was not working. Wiped the knife on the top of my sandwich. No lids out. Tables dirty. Store is currently not busy and neither are the employees. Something has drastically changed. If used to be my choice of Subways in our town.

Service was okay but you guys give honey mustard with the auntie Ann's pretzel you're selling which is incredibly stupid. Why on earth would you not put cheese sauce with the pretzel ? instead you're serving honey mustard with it ? whoever came up with that decision needs fired immediately. The workers were fine, so it's not their fault. It's the companies fault.

Used app and placed order when I went to pick order up they had closed 15 minutes early so I paid for my order and never got it.
It's been awhile since I've been to this subway. They made my order wrong once before. I let it slide. I decided to give them a try again. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch...no bacon. I couldn't help but laugh. Laugh because it's funny but also so disappointing. It's literally in the name of the sandwich. I would've even been okay if they didn't put anything between 2 pieces of bread other than chicken bacon and ranch. That I would understand. But NO BACON? ? . What a joke.Tomatoes whitish light pink and mushy.Lettuce- sloppy and softSpinach- soft not freshOnions- soft and not freshChicken- didn't have any consistency and felt like mush.Flat bread want toasted .Great job subway ?
