Three times now I’ve come to this restaurant, and every single time the staff blatantly ignores everyone in the lobby. Not a greeting, not a “just one second” nothing. I’m over it and will not be returning. If I could give them 0 stars I would. At least the food is decent, after you wait 30 minutes to get someone to acknowledge you

i placed an order for delivery on saturday, my food arrived and i was very disappointed to find all of my tacos empty. i called that night to have it resolved. The manager was very nice and had the order remade for me today, two days later, Everyone in there was extremely polite, but my order was still wrong when it was remade. And I was missing food the second time:( I feel bad even leaving a review because everyone was so nice but I didn't receive everything.

I placed a mobile drive thru order before I left work. It only takes me a few minutes to get there. I go through the drive thru and the guy at the window tells me to pull around to the front door. No big deal, except over 30 minutes goes by and nothing. People were coming and going through the drive thru and others that parked next to me, received their food. Not only did I waste $22 on food I never received, I will never be going back. I've had a hard mental day and super introverted. Potentially confrontational moments scare me. Keep my $22, but I will never ever be supporting this Taco Bell ever again.

Rude employees who want to shoot you dirty looks because there's angry people waiting and waiting on their food! And the food wasn't even cooked correctly! My chicken flatbread was damned near raw and stuck to the paper. Cheesy melt wasn't melted at all, just shredded cheese thrown in a tortilla and wrapped. Burrito wasn't toasted. My chicken cantina had TWO itty bitty pieces of chicken in it. There was only ONE good thing about this visit and it was an employee named Taj. (Spelling??!) He ran his butt off from the front end to the drive thru and was kind and curtious. Very accommodating. I'm not sure if the female cooking was a manager or not but definitely needs some additional training in customer service and hospitality.
