I door dash and this particular Taco Bell is really off the mark most of the time. Between misplacing orders, forgetting sides or generally being disorganized. The trash cans were overflowing, the drink station was sticky with spilt soda and the bathrooms could've definitely been touched up

I ordered last night online went to pick it up wait over 10 minutes in line got my food and went home the food was cold and the mini taco salad was messed up it had no tomatoes or sour cream that I paid extra for so I made a complaint on there website and got a call back from Jen today saying they would remake my meal I just got home from getting the remake and the taco salad is still missing the spur cream so I called Jen she called me a lier saying she put the spur cream on there her self but she would remake it I said I would have to come back another time (the 3rd in 2 days) and ended up hanging up i will be going tot he other one in greenfield from now on

For fast food there is nothing fast about it. The staff has no urgency, the store itself is cold and unwelcoming, and the food was poorly prepared.

If it could be negative it would be. In the time of typing this I had given up on getting service at this location. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not a single person on the dine in area. Drive thru workers looked at me, but I guess I must be too scary to ask if I need help.

Before I finished typing this, I was served at Wendy’s.

Taco Bell, guys, let’s get it together and stop hiring these lazy kids. This is the second one I’ve had to leave at another location for you guys…

The last 3 orders they have forgotten to put fire sauce with the order.... even though it states on the receipt that 15 packs were ordered.

My girlfriend ordered food here tonight and Brandon wouldn’t give her a credit even though half her order is missing and they basically threw her taco in the bag.
It got all over her seat and now we have to spend money to clean freaking avocado bs out the cushions because the bag is dripping since half the taco was out of the wrap.

The whole staff was screwing off when we were there. The only serious person was the lady at the window.

YOU GUYS HAVE GIVEN US A CREDIT BEFORE FOR PUTTING MEAT IN HER VEGGIE BOWL.

Called twice to try to resolve it and their only solution was drive back or suck it up.

Brandon - do better. You lost people who spend probably 400$ easily a months at your location.

If you have allergies or dietary restrictions be aware that they will not take this seriously; Always check your items closely! I try not to make a big deal about this stuff since it’s just a “taco”, but today it was clear that whoever was working KNEW they messed up the order by initially putting beef but instead of just starting over they clearly wiped it off and kept going!!🤦🏻‍♀️ You can see the meat residue and some pieces still in there. What a nasty health violation! You never know why people take ingredients off or swap them when customizing - please be more cautious and responsible!

Vegetarian options: It’s easy to make options vegetarian at taco bell, but it’s useless if the workers don’t follow the customizations!

Average. As always, it depends on when you go and who makes your food. Don't go in the morning or they'll give you last nights stale food and charge you money to take their trash out. Night shift does a good job. I usually just make the longer drive to the second location to avoid disappointment unless it's past 2am.
