“I ordered Nacho Fries and a Spicy Potato Soft Taco, but both the fries and the potatoes inside the taco were cold and hard. Taco Bell keeps serving cold food like this, and it’s really disappointing.”

There’s a difference between crispy chicken and the crunchy pieces that are all breading no meat 😣 This was inedible. And the quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Bummer experience at TB today.

I ordered breakfast from there, a breakfast wrap and a soft taco supreme with no tomato. I get to my job which is 18 minutes from this location and go to sit down at my desk to eat the taco. Luckily, I fully opened it to put the sauce on to where I found a dead fly on my taco. Immediately I said that’s disgusting and called the Taco Bell to make them aware. I did not want my food replaced, I didn’t even really care about a refund. I just wanted to let them know because again that is disgusting to which I was met with from the employee that she didn’t see any flies around the facility and that she watched the person make it as I’m talking to her on the phone. She’s talking to a person who made the taco. I said it’s neither here nor there, there is a dead fly on this taco and I reiterated it I am not looking for a replacement because at this point I can’t trust any of the food that comes out there. I didn’t even eat the other crunch wrap that I ordered to which I was hung up on by the employee. I am going to this place to get a refund because at this point, you were rude enough to hang up on a customer mid conversation. I will never be eating here again.This place is very unprofessional very unsanitary.

The customer service at this Taco Bell is terrible. First of all, you walk in they do not greet you. You stand there for about 10 minutes and no one ever asks can I help you because I guess I was invisible. At least 4 or 5 employees looked directly at me and no one ever asked me a thing as if I just came in there to hang out. I finally said something, and they act like they were doing me a favor by grabbing my order. I’m glad I do not eat this crap as I would never spend my money in an establishment like this

Great food made fresh! We stopped by on our way home from a day at the Indianapolis Zoo and went through the drive thru. The staff was great and very friendly; we were happy we stopped by ☺️

I've been to this specific location three times. Three times my order was incorrect. Yes, I called once and they said to bring it back in to get my order correct. I think that's great service. But once I'm home, I'm home. The other two times I should have checked the bag completely. So really that's on me. but come on, Taco Bell, maybe add a big red light at the Taco station when someone doesn't want lettuce. I get it, you make hundreds of things a day and your company pays you as little as they can but for the love of anything sacred just get rid of the lettuce.

I've given this location a few chances before making this review, but I can't go back again. I've never had hot or even warm food come out of that kitchen. Today I tried my favorite TB breakfast, the bacon crunchwrap. Half of it was only lukewarm egg and the rest was all cold. Like the bacon bits were still clumped up they were so cold. Very disappointing. Just go to the Greenfield location 10 minutes away

I did a mobile order at 6 am and pulled up to the speaker at about 605 am. To which they wouldn't answer. Sat there for about 7 minutes before driving around to the windows. No one was to be seen. I had to drive around to the speaker again and tell them that I had paid for a mobile order just for them to answer. So I pull up to the window and it's noticeable that they didn't want to be making anything this morning. I find this to be very unacceptable behavior especially when you're supposed to be open for breakfast.
