I've given this location a few chances before making this review, but I can't go back again. I've never had hot or even warm food come out of that kitchen. Today I tried my favorite TB breakfast, the bacon crunchwrap. Half of it was only lukewarm egg and the rest was all cold. Like the bacon bits were still clumped up they were so cold. Very disappointing. Just go to the Greenfield location 10 minutes away

I did a mobile order at 6 am and pulled up to the speaker at about 605 am. To which they wouldn't answer. Sat there for about 7 minutes before driving around to the windows. No one was to be seen. I had to drive around to the speaker again and tell them that I had paid for a mobile order just for them to answer. So I pull up to the window and it's noticeable that they didn't want to be making anything this morning. I find this to be very unacceptable behavior especially when you're supposed to be open for breakfast.

Everytime I come here the fries are so cold and hard, my tacos always have lettuce even if the receipt says no lettuce. And they literally rip you off on portions….. this was supposed to be their new burrito lmao…… if you suck at kitchen THAT bad, go work at goodwill. Some people enjoy their taco bell trips.

I paid 10$ for my food and was skimmept on all of my food absolutely no meat at all. On top of all of this I had to wait longer then usually and my Baja blast didn’t taste right and I’m not sure how you do that because it’s syrup. I love Taco Bell, I have 3800 lifetime points meaning I’ve spent 380$ I do not recommend going to this location at all take your business to Pendleton pike location they will not fail you.

Went there 12/27/24. I ordered a crunchwrap, nacho fries, fiesta potato’s, a nacho bellgrande, and 2 chicken cantina tacos. The crunchwrap had little to no meat on it, it was just tortilla. The nacho fries and fiesta potato’s were so hard you couldn’t bite into them. The nacho bellgrande was just chips and cheese no meat, again. And the chicken in the chicken tacos was so dry like it had been sitting out for hours on end. Couldn’t even take it back because I was at work! Terrible experience at this store, will never go back!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I do not expect a luxury or over the top experience from Taco Bell. However, at minimum I pay for warm food and not old cold food. I got a Crunchwrap supreme and paid extra to substitute the beef for steak. To only receive a drop of steak, no nacho cheese sauce, and loads of sour cream I did not request. To add, the beef on my loaded nachos was old and chips were stale. I tried to call the store to resolve the issue to report this but they refuse to answer. I hope the owner sees this on order that was poorly made on December 30th at 12:51 AM. Order number 13.
I’ve never had a good experience here. I tried to remain hopeful one last time and received a Crunchwrap supreme with zero meat or cheese 🫠🙃

Waited in drive thru line for literally 30 minutes and no one took my order at intercom. I got to window and they proceeded to tell me I need to go around again they can’t take my order at window. This may possibly be the worst Taco Bell location in existence. Shut it down and build a canes.
