This is my 4th and final visit. I can't understand any good reviews, yet I keep going back thinking maybe I just ordered wrong. The flatbread pizza was once light and delicious at my first visit. This evening it was horrific, covered in so much cheese, the toppings messed up. I've had burnt burgers, uncooked steak, wrong items (and I have food allergies). The food is like a cross between bar Applebee's and hospital cafeteria food. The mixed veggies are frozen with no attempt to hide it with any seasonings. Taste and presentation are not great. Wait staff is also as mediocre as the food. You have to ask multiple times for things like refills, boxes. We had a reservation tonight and it still took almost 20 minutes to get seated, outside seating too which was not our preference at all. I feel terrible I brought my MIL here for her birthday dinner and it was another huge disappointment. Literally order a drink, maybe a dessert. Don't even bother eating here.

Service is normally good. Food used to be great when we first started going a year ago. A couple months back they served my wife a rotten steak. I mean it smelled like rotten fish! Absolutely disgusting. Even the waitress noticed the smell, yes they removed the charge for the steak but hard to come back from that. Attempted another time recently and my food was mediocre and service was slow. Attempted to order Ribs tonight, literally the only thing consistently good, and they don’t do carry out after 5 on Fridays. Bye Felicia!

I recently went to The Depot with a friend who had never been there. Mind you I have been there many times in the past and Never had an issue. This past Thursday was quite busy like usual. We ordered our food from waitress. When my food arrived mine was inedible. But, my waitress never came back to check on our table for about 40 minutes. My mushroom swiss burger was extremely well done ( I asked for Medium Rare), then the French 🍟 fries had so much salt on them ( they were inedible )! When waitress finally did come back I told her issues; instead of offering to make new dinner. I received Nothing! So, needless to say I went home with no dinner! I was so shocked and taken aback!

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries as the side. The Sandwich was good and the barbecue sauce had a strong flavor. I’d personally say the pork was a little overcooked. The fries were a little cold when the food made it to the table, but I do understand that it can be hard to have all of the food ready at the same time with a big group.
My wife ordered the Boneless wings. She would have preferred that the barbecue sauce was more evenly distributed across the wings, but the breading on them was flavorful. Also those boneless wings were actually cooked to perfection; the chicken was glistening inside!
All in all, good experience! And the adult beverages were very good as well!

Came here on a whim as we were passing through. The building itself intrigued us into stopping here. The menu had some interesting options and the place was well decorated into its uniqueness. My husband orders the hangover burger and I had the juicy Lucy burger. Both us of agreed that the beef itself could have used a bit of seasoning. We also split the giant tater tots, those were really good. The Mac and cheese side dish was also a surprise hit. They didn't just use watered down cheddar like most places use. The waitresses actually seems to care if we were enjoying everything and were very attentive. All in all it's a great place in your in the area or even nearby.
We met some family from out of state and sat outside. It was a beautiful night and the food & drinks were fabulous! Highly recommend the Tater Kegs!!!

Went to the restaurant at 5:10 on a Saturday night. Was told 15 minutes wait. 25 minutes later was told 45 minutes. Am not impressed! Left with a couple of other people who were mislead also.

We drive an 1hr to try this place out after hearing so many great things! Unfortunately we were disappointed. Being the the industry I understand when it's busy, short staffed, etc. After being sat we waited along while before anyone stopped at our table. While several staff were walking around, standing socializing. The guy that finally stopped was very busy, but storage we were being helped. He was very polite, tried to offer us a popular drink We placed our drink order. Patiently waiting seeing he was busy and no other staff members were taking initiative in TEAM WORK! I walked to the bar to ask for waters. The bartender, blonde, shirt hair glass that I had to interrupt from her convo after a couple minutes to ask. Alex if it was for outside. Hello ur 4 ft from us both girls behind the bar were to pre occupied with chatting it up with regulars(which I also understand I'm the industry we please the ones that take care of us) I told her no we have just being waiting right across from u and it's been awhile. She continues her convo with others while making it waters and sure them in the bar. No customer service AT ALL! so I made it a point to tell her THANK YOU! with no acknowledgement. We finally get our adult drink orders. He sits in the table and starts to walk away. I tell for him and tell him we want to go ahead and put it order in. He didn't go to a computer for a good 15 min to put the order in. Fast forward 45 min later after having to finally go find the guy and ask? He decided it would be ok to tell me we're not the only customers. Do I informed him I was in the industry. I understand things must customers don't, but he should have taken the time many any of the multiple times he passed out table to check on us, inform us on updates on food. NOTHING! we finally had to ask another staff member about our food which was apparently sitting for awhile, but he's brought it to us. WITH FULL ORDER wasn't even entered. Our salads and appetizer weren't put in. I would normally ask for a manager, but at this point there were so many staff members standing around as the place started to die down. No one AT ALL made it a point to check on us. I had to glad down someone for our bill. Unfortunately ass someone that depends on tips. I take care of other industry people. Usually I to what my bill is! Unfortunately.. for the first time I left $1. I felt really bad about it. It's bothered me so night. But I also know this is a job, u know how to treat customers, u know how to keep them informed. It's not always the server they just usually get the bring of it. Sadly this server wasn't concerned with customer service at all. So disappointed and I left a note on in our receipt. Waste of a 2hr round trip

Awesome spot in this small town. Our group ordered 2 ribeyes a filet and 2 burgers. The Food all seemed quality enough but one ribeye was definitely rarer that ordered and the filet was not your typical medallion and was more well done than ordered. They were much more busy than I expected for a Monday but still open seeting got sat right away. We sat outside and the weather was awesome. Atmosphere was good with decent music playing and a little park nearby.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries as the side. The Sandwich was good and the barbecue sauce had a strong flavor. I’d personally say the pork was a little overcooked. The fries were a little cold when the food made it to the table, but I do understand that it can be hard to have all of the food ready at the same time with a big group.
