I asked them to please warm up the nachos because the beef was cold. The waitress said she would have them remake it. They brought the same plate out, barely lukewarm, and told the waitress they could not remake it because I asked for shredded cheese melted instead of nacho cheese. All I requested is hot food. I will take it home to feed my dogs.

Amazing. Waitress Katie and Kitchen worker Travis were awesome. Both very polite and knowledgeable!
Family food and good people make the Depot a wonderful place to eat and enjoy the atmosphere provided.

Ordered several things, including a wedge salad. The wood salad was brought out and was absolutely insulting. It was soaked in dressing was very little waitress was unacceptably rude in Greenfield for six years second time there and will be my last.

My son & I went in for lunch. We split an order of the Tater Kegs, (pricey, but good), I had a Smoked Brisket sandwich with grilled pineapple, pepper jack cheese, BBQ sauce. Delicious! He had a Buffalo Chicken sandwich which he said was good. Server Emma was prompt, courteous and accurate. No complaints. Would return if ever in Greenfield again.

This is a really great restaurant. It’s an old grain elevator that was refurbished and has super good ambience a lot of good choices for beer and whiskey and also has really good food and it’s right in the heart of Greenfield so it’s a really good hangout and also is on a very cool outdoor space and it’s close to some walking trails

The food was awful overcooked and dry and overpriced. Made my whole family's stomachs hurt. Will never eat there again.

Was recommended from Indy eats on Facebook. When we got there we weren’t greeted by the greeter who was standing there. After I walked up I told her we were there to eat. It was awkward, she didn’t really talk. She just looked at me. I led conversation, told her how many…she gave me a beeper. After waiting for awhile, I asked her how long the wait was. She then replied 30 minutes. I was surprised that she didn’t tell me how long the wait was from the beginning, especially if it was that long. The capacity wasn’t real full, but it looked like they Had their hands full. I asked some locals that were waiting also and they said that there is normally an hour and a half away every night. I was excited and thought it must be good with a weight like that.
Although the location is really cool as an old Depot, the food is not nothing special. It’s just your standard average bar food. Nothing stood out at all. I don’t know how they have such a long wait. They were running a special for Oktoberfest and had big pretzels and brats. With those items they advertised it came with beer cheese. Although I didn’t get those items, I requested some beer cheese with my burger. The server informed me that it’s not really beer cheese they just call it that. It’s really just queso. I thought that was weird. The meatballs weren’t bad probably better than the other food.

Chicken tenders were hard and dry. So they remade them 🤔

Hands down the best restaurant in Hancock County. Very unique atmosphere in a location that you wouldn't expect. It is a must see for any traveling through the area.
Recommended dishes: Steak, Fries
It does have a nice atmosphere, however my husband and I got a tenderloin sandwich, and as far as Indiana tenderloin, it was VERY plain. It hardly had any taste.

For starters, I called around 5:30 to get put on the waitlist after driving by and seeing a few parties of people waiting outside. I was told that that was “making a same day reservation” and that I’d need to come in the be put on the waitlist… lol, okay. I proceeded to do that and was put into an automated text - y’all could have totally done that for me over the phone.
Secondly, our server, Robin, was horrible. We were served cold food and she never came back to check on us, so we couldn’t let her know everything was cold. She didn’t know what a “dark” beer was, and proceeded to offer Michelob (lol). She gave us the wrong soft drinks twice, but each time we had to wait over 20 mins before seeing her to let her know. We sat waiting for our check for over an hour after we finished eating. With a waitlist as long as we waited, you’d think you would want to get your tables out in a timely manner.
We won’t be back.
