Took over 30 minutes for food and a woman inside was super rude when I came to ask about. Should definitely not take that long and won’t be coming back anytime soon

Horrible We waited and hour for a lettuce blt And when we went to complain they said it was fine nothing they can do. We were handed another persons order The milkshake we got while waiting was 95% milk Will never return experience was very poor We drove 40 min to come and try this horrible place

Good not great. Got one ring of onion on my tenderloin, turned on service switch to ask if I could get a little more onion but no one ever came to ask me what I needed

The kids meals are a great deal, the smash burgers are perfect and the breaded mushrooms are the best I've ever had. The fries were a little too salty for my taste, but some people are into that.

Terribly run, and poorly staffed for a Friday evening. Three young people trying to serve all they can. Took almost 1 hour to get 2 hamburgers and fries.

Poor food isn't worth that kind of wait.

Nice drive-in. Portions are honorable for the price charged. Food is good. With the sloppy joe, it wasn't sloppy. Nice sweet taste. The garlic fries were different. I'm used to garlic powder. This had minced garlic. :) Chicken sandwich... meat was cooked perfectly. Mac and cheese... good. Happy.

Used to be a great place to eat. Always been on the expensive side but not bad for a local spot. Went today and everything was sub par. 3 little chicken strips for 7$

I was making a trip from Columbus to Indianapolis and was looking for interesting places to eat, and happened across The Mug. A farm to table burger stand? Yes Please. That was seven years ago and I didn't make it. This year I was making the same trip again and made a point of actually going and boy did it deliver

The Double smash burger was incredibly juicy and had the freshness of the ingredients was immediately apparent. The bacon I added on was so perfectly crisp that two bites into this burger I knew I had a problem: I live 3 hours away.

Not to mention the best side choice possible, sweet potato waffle fries. Also perfectly cooked.

Food was amazing, car hop service was available but there are also lovely picnic tables, and going in to order was a joy talking to the helpful staff. I'll be sending more people out of their way to The Mug.
