Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse

Food is average. Service was terrible. The older lady that works the host stand got angry with me for telling her that we didn’t receive our salads. She tried to argue with me for a while. This place seems really dirty and the ladies room reeks of sewer gas. I would recommend making the drive to Fujiyama’s.

The food is amazing, I’ve been coming to this restaurant since 2023! I will say the customer service never failed me but recently I gone for a pick up order and was completely ignored. The lady up front has always been lovely but I noticed this time she ignore me to then help a regular customer who was waiting behind me. I didn’t appreciate how I was ignore, not even a hi or hello she just went straight to the customer behind me. Even he was a bit confused. It didn’t made me feel welcomed if not I was a bit distraught over the service I’ve recently received. I wish for a better experience next time, it’s really one of my favorite spot but I just didn’t feel like I was wanted as a customer.

Ordered and picked up food from here. I tried several sushi rolls from here. They were all very good. Would recommend here if you are looking for sushi. I can't comment on there other food or experience on dining in here.

I had Door Dash and the food was amazing! I got their Teriyaki Chicken Sushi Roll and their California Spring Roll with Crab. Delicious!

Eating in store is fine but my god the carry out is abysmal they shouldn’t even offer it. They have one lady doing the check-outs, bussing, and pulling orders who never remembers anything and is constantly running around. Had an order that I placed at 5:15 for 6:00, waited in store for 1 hour before it was ready and they forgot two things. Bizarre. Do not place online orders.

The local newspaper just reported yesterday that the 2025 health inspection report indicates that cockroaches were found inside the kitchen equipment of this restaurant. I'm posting this here because you have a right to know.
