On Sunday I had the misfortune of visiting this particular Wendy’s. My experience was humbling. I never in my most vivid nightmares envisioned having met such confounding individuals. These are grown adults fighting in the trenches of fried food, struggling to add the correct food to the correct order to the correct person. I had no idea it could be this strenuous to do things correctly but they educated me that it was in fact a tedious task. First they gave me someone else’s order then they gave me my order sans half of it and then they stared at me until I assume the wires in their brains reconnected. Suffice it to say, I shall not be visiting this particular Wendy’s again. Whether it be the employees who smelt of fresh poo, the inedible food, the lack of intelligent life in the vicinity, who knows? Perhaps it is a combination of all of the above. All I have to say is, if you visit this “lovely” establishment, go with pepto and go with God.

I ordered the chicken wrap asked for mushrooms added. I paid a $1.00 for them and got 2 tiny pieces. That is ridiculous. I asked for a refund obviously the manager needs more customer service training. Because he didn't offer to make it right. We spent close $70. 00 in a fast food restaurant.

No management waited thirty minutes just for frosty then staff was complaining among themselves about us being impatient and had a attitude when we ask for fries when finally got our frosty ,they had run out frosty mix and when them refilled it they forgot turn machine they didn’t even bother to apologize for then extended wait will never go back to this Wendy’s

It is well worth just going to any other Wendy’s location. I order 2 baconators and a large sprite via drive thru. As I pull away with my order and when I open the bag I received 2 Dave’s double’s and no straw with my order.

Just stopped by this Wendy's on the way back to Illinois. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my daughter and when she got to the middle of the sandwich she threw up in her bag... The chicken was completely uncooked in the middle.
