Servers are friendly and service is always great. Of the few drinks that I have had from here (mostly just black coffee), they have all been good.

I ran across this coffee shop yesterday while my nephew was at the dentist next door !! And O' My Lord!! It's soooo good and so much better than Starbucks !! The prices are great for the size you get !!! The ladies was phenomenal, welcoming, and pleasant !!

The guy in the sleeveless shirt with his armpit hair hanging out everywhere making cofee was a smidge douchy about me not hearing them on the speaker in the back. Which had no sign that they took your order there just a menu on the back side of the building in the alley. I didn't even think about it until I drove off and my older kid said the guy seemed "bitchy." I'll be back to return the favor next time.

I ordered on Grubhub and the time kept getting pushed back. It was just two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. After 90 minutes (my original estimate was 55-60) I called and was told the driver just arrived and that they don't make things until the driver arrives. I was told by the person on the phone that Grubhub is awful out there and that it has taken drivers 8 hours to get there sometimes. This is ridiculous. Ziggi's either needs to stop taking orders by Grubhub or they need to get the driver situation addressed. It's false advertising to say you get food in a reasonable time and then blame the lack of a driver when it's an hour later than they advertise.

I had a very disappointing experience here today. I ordered an iced espresso with heavy cream, but instead of using heavy whipping cream, they used half and half. When I asked the barista to confirm if they used heavy whipping cream because it didn’t taste right, she confidently and ignorantly insisted that they did. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

The morning shift employees are way friendlier than the evening shift. The girl with the dog collar on was quite rude the last few times and I will not be coming back in the evening. Otherwise great coffee.
I’ve been in multiple times in the past few months and love it here. Very unique and wide selection of drinks, many more flavors than other coffee places. The cafe and bathrooms are always spotless, I earn rewards with their app. But the best part is the baristas here! Every single one I’ve met is super friendly and lively, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about the quality of their service. I have never seen better service workers. Wonderful place and team :) kudos to the manager and owner.

I love this coffee shop! I look forward to mornings now because of it. Super delicious drinks with loooots of flavor options. The morning baristas are so friendly and fun to chat with, and work incredibly when it’s busy :) If you get a chance to chat with Jasmine or Alyssa they are great!
