My mother and I went through the drive thru and got the 4 roast beefs for $10. This was Friday, 10-10-25 at almost 8pm. We came home and was eating them, I literally almost got sick when I saw my mother pull a HAIR out of her sandwich!!! She'll be 90 on the 16th and was not happy at all!!! They young girl at the window was nice to us, but to get that in a sandwich is pretty gross!! Hairnets should be worn when you're making food!! It was a little longer piece of hair, she pulled it out of her mouth while chewing!! I don't know when we'll go back if ever do!!

it was 8:24 on a Monday night I was the only customer in the building, there had been only 2 cars come through the drive threw, and it still took 20 mins to get my food, and the employees was very rude when I asked where my food was, they had 5 employees working so there is no reason why it took that long. the food was great but the customer service was awful.

Love that the menu here is so diversified. You can get a burger, chicken or a gyro all in the same place. Arby's does have the meats!

I was in the lobby waiting on my food and watched a lady pack my bag , but then the manager went in my order pulled out my white cheddar mac and cheese and tell the cashier that it was for the order after me. This store is playing favorites with their customers instead of making the orders in order so i was forced to wait 45 minutes for my order while they made everyone elses order after me.

Very disappointed! Ordered 2 Fish Sandwichs, wanted fresh fried ones. Order taker mentioned that to the kitchen. I received ones that had been on the warmer which I didn’t want a Luke warm sandwich. Get home and no cheese, or lettuce and they were Luke warm. Order taker was very friendly, but kitchen didn’t listen to him.
