Upon entering this establishment, we were not greeted but yelled at by Ella. In her loudest voice and in our faces Welcome To CULVERS. While I can appreciate the welcome, I don’t appreciate being screamed at and then laughed at. The food and service is ok but Ella needs to tone it down about 10 notches. She seems to get her kicks out being rude

Had great service when we ordered our food as a matter of fact we weren't even done getting our drinks and our food is done. Completed the online survey and waiting for a little scoop of ice cream took much longer than anticipated. Very clean.

The burgers were good for a quick fast food option. Neither me nor my husband were fans of the cheese curds. The frozen custard shake, on the other hand, was wonderful. We got strawberries and peaches mixed in. We stopped here while we were traveling because we don't have this chain locally to us.

You can tell they have been open around a year, carry out and didn't get my granddaughters chicken nuggets, I used to love their pot roast sandwich today it had only half the bun with meat on it. Guess we had have to start going back to the Columbus store we used to eat at. Never have any problems there.
