Waited in the drive thru for close to 10 minutes just to be told the kitchen is closed and there is no food. I understand staffing issues but a sign on the drive thru helps prevent people from waiting and being stuck in line without an exit, taking more time.

I ordered online for pick up at the drive thru window. I was handed my coffee and a bag as told they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the donut I ordered so they just chose a random one without giving me any options to chose from. (I have allergies and so does my child, whom the donut was for) So now I have to throw it away, money wasted, because they couldn’t be bothered to take two seconds to ask if we wanted a different one in place of the one they didn’t have that we ordered. A choice would have been nice.

First off the inside is extremely clean. Staff is extremely friendly. We’re traveling and never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts. The guy working helped with all the like 15 questions I had. He helped me WITH A SMILE. And my drink was so good (even asked how I liked it after). Hard workers. They deserve a raise.

Went back in to have them fix my order because it tasted like crap and they looked angry. They made it a second time and it still tasted wrong. Customer service was great. When I ordered a coffee, they asked if I needed cream and sugar, and they actually went ahead and prepared it that way instead of just handing me packets. I don't know if I've ever had that happen before.
