The staff was very friendly and engaging. They make the sandwich right in front of you including the slicing of the meat and cheese. It was a very good sandwich. I got the classic Italian. They are pretty pricy though. Over $10 for a half sandwich. Basically the size of a 6"at Subway.
Parking: Kind of tight parking lot. Be careful backing out.
