Terrible service,waited over 30minutes last night for my order.they were understaffed,orders backed up. They made door dash and people that came in after me there orders,I asked for my money back and it was a terrible experience. They need to get more help on the weekends

I walked into the restaurant stood at the register for a good 8 minutes, there were 2 other customers that were already waited on and waiting for their food, when a employee came out to what I thought was to wait on me, but no, pulled a sign from under the counter that said counter service closed only drive through open... I said I was waiting before the sign was put up just to be ignored by the staff Well you just lost another customer!!

The food is pretty good here are the staff is great about working with the food but they should clean their restaurant up.. the tables are normally always dirty...
this place is HORRID, dont come here, this is the most disgusting KFC ive ever been to. rude staff, they dont clean their oil, and their chicken is very soggy and dirty. take this to consideration and dont come here if u dont wanna have the worst chicken of ur life. not including the fact that they constantly ask you if u wanna round up and just add more money to ur already expensive bill. this is not worth ur money nor experience and shouldve been closed down a long time ago. i doubt that they will stay open any longer and hope they wont. DONT go to this KFC, there are plenty more of options that are 100% better. ?

Just waited over 25 mins for 2 legs and a side of mac n cheese. I ended up walking out because there was still 2 people ahead of me without their meal. It was for my daughter which is the only reason I waited that long. The workers were in the back yelling at each other back and forth…the one lady was tossing everything around and just frustrated. Very understaffed.
