Ordered through the app and picked up at 4:45am.. the only customer that they had!! I received my big breakfast with hotcakes! Got to work and guess what NO syrup and butter for my hot cakes and biscuit!!! Really!! How hard was that order!?
Forgot to mention.. no working phone number to be able to call them either!!!
Plastic pieces were found in our Grandma Mcflurry. We asked to speak to the manager, not only was he rude, he offered no apology and basically said we were lying. What would have happened if a young child had been served this? This is all on you McDonald's.
Greensburg Lobby is supposed to open at 5a, IT DOES NOT, THEY WOULD RATHER STAND AROUND OUTSIDE SMOKING THAN OPEN THE LOBBY ON TIME.
It's 6:30a April 1,2024 and the doors are still locked, this isn't the 1st by a long shot either !
