I placed on order at 4:25 waited 30 minutes for my order because they sent it out thru the drive thru. I finally got it. The cashier told me it was being remade and would be fresh

Need less to say I took it back and they wonted to make me a new one I said NO THANK YOU JUST REFUND MY MONEY. Never again with Versailles McDonald's

Food was good. Service not so much. If you are not going to have napkins and condiments in the lobby. Then either make sure they are in people's bag, or don't ignore them, and get mad when they ask for them

Lady putting the food out on the counter was rude. I placed my order on a kiosk and ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and got a caramel iced coffee instead. Another person in my party ordered their food and was waiting for a long time. They finally went and asked about their food and the bag was all ready to go but hadn’t been put out on the counter. I will not be visiting this McDonald’s again.

I was there about 9 pm and placed a takeout order. Definitely looked like they had been cleaning. It looked really nice. Except they had a pretty bad water leak near the soda fountain area. Good place to drop your phone. Which I sat my phone on the counter turned, filled my cup, hit my phone and off into the water on the floor. Luckily I have a case on it. BUT over all It was really welcoming.

Sign says under new management. Drive thru does seem to move a little faster. Today, large drinks went from $1.39 to $1.49, and ice tea went from $1 69 to $1.79. Drinks cost them very little to purchase or make. It now cost about as much at McDonald's as it does to go to Chili's, Applebee's, or Cracker Barrel with table service.

Went to order the $5 Meal and was told they no longer have it. I was there not too long ago and ordered it so it must have just went away at least at this location. God forbid people on a budget have a meal they can afford.

I have not eaten McDonald's in probably close to 10 years was starving on my way home from work and it was like the only place open. I ordered two cheeseburger meal as soon as I took my first bite I remembered very quickly why I haven't been to McDonald's in probably like 10 years. The food was called the bread was hard I felt like I completely wasted my money. Needless to say I will not be going back to McDonald's
