Guy at the counter made me sit there and wait ten minutes just to be like “oh what was your name again” just to pull the pizzas out that has been sitting there the whole time. So I just waited ten minutes sitting there for nothing. Probably gonna be cold by the time I get home

Worst company ever. Waited almost two hours for the food. Then when I tried to inquire when it was going to arrive no one would answer the phone. Then I tried online chat and got told my food had already been delivered when it wasn't. So I started driving to the store just to find it completely packed. Couldn't even talk to anyone about this. Will never EVER order from here again.

Food was 45 minutes late and cold as hell. You are not able to call the store directly you get a call center in Bangladesh India and they tell you that there is no way to contact the store directly. Absolutely one of the worst restaurants in town and that's saying something.

I placed an order online expecting to wait 20ish minutes. My confirmation email said 79 minutes estimated wait! I went in to cancel the order, totally ok with just canceling. They made my order and I only waited 13 minutes. The store was very busy. Thank you so much!

Pretty small storefront area for customers, but otherwise just fine. Friendly staff and you can watch them preparing the dough also.
Kid-friendliness: Kids would probably enjoy watching them make the dough.
