If you were in a hurry, do not come here! I stopped in on my way back to Indy to grab a quick treat for my drive. The strawberry cheesecake shake was super yummy. However, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-through.. I would’ve driven off except the way their drive-through is structured there was no way to do so.
When I got to the window, I had to wait another few minutes before someone came to the window to take my money. I asked the young “ are you guys normally this slow? I’ve been here over 30 minutes.”. She gave a smile and a little laugh and said.” Uh, yeah, we’re really busy.”
No apology for my weight or a thank you for your patience. Terrible customer service!!

Next time I’ll be sure to go to Dairy Queen on the other side of town

Me and a buddy stopped in the drive through before work and he asked for a large drink to be added to our order and they were not paying attention and did not put it in there and he told them he asked for his drink and the employee go disrespectful and said that don't come as a combo witch my buddy understood that and the employee rudely said well your gonna half to pay for it

Stopped in while we were traveling for what we thought would be a quick lunch. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, which wouldn’t have been as frustrating if the staff hadn’t ignored us when we tried to just get our drinks and leave. We stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The whole place seemed really disorganized, with employees standing around but not much getting done. The food itself was fine, but definitely not worth the wait or the lack of basic customer service.

The customer service gets all the credit here. But they make it hard to pay! They don’t accept tap to pay and the guy behind me couldn’t use a gift card or rewards card. So weird for a newer establishment.

Messed up our food and they act like they don't even care. order 2 ss bacon cheese burgers they didn't say anything about onions or ketchup we but they are on our sandwich and we didn't get no bacon we are highly disappointed

Love the food, hate they lock their doors & put orange cone in drive thru 20 minutes before closing time posted. If closing time is 7pm why close at 6:40pm?
