Went through the drive thru, and was served our drinks and paid while in the middle of the line. We then had to wait over 10 minutes because the car at the window didn't have their food yet. Having a system where cars waiting on food can pull forward and wait would be a simple fix for this issue. Sitting and waiting with a baby and toddler when not necessary doesn't make a pleasant experience.

I’ve been here for ice cream multiple times and the ice cream was great. But tonight I decided to stop for food and my fries were tinted brown and hard as a rock. So I tried my “mozzarella sticks” and just threw them away because they weren’t edible

Can’t use the app here, which stinks. At least couldn’t use it when I tried. Staff were methodical but not exuberant. Not a huge dining room, if we were eating but we got “happy hour” drinks to go. Drinks were made perfectly so there’s that. :-)

We stopped here about a week ago on a road trip, and were very disappointed in the environment. The staff at this location were heavily picking on the male cook. They were screaming at him, complaining about their environment and the coworker, and loudly talking about the cook in a derogatory behavior directly in front of customers. They were very slow in getting food out and I could see why- This guy seemed to be just tossed on the grill with 3 women screaming at him to get moving. At one point one of the women told him he was taking too long on orders, and when he told her couldn’t see the order times, she told him he could if he walked away from the grill and all the way around to the front. Not sure how he’s supposed to speed up orders running across the kitchen?? Not a single person stepped back to help him catch up until he visibly was overwhelmed and took a break. I understand people are assigned to stations, but they were in no means busy and could see their coworker struggling. Instead of helping workflow, they publicly berated and embarrassed him. The cook was amazing, our food was great. He was the only one in the establishment, other than our cashier, that had a good attitude. It was so uncomfortable to sit inside and listen to them scream at him. We felt horrible for him and stopped him outside to tell him he was doing a great job. The management at this location is a joke. All she did was scream and then go back to standing in the corner. Also every table and seat was covered in food and/or trash. The environment for both customers and workers was toxic.

Ordered quarter pound coney large coke zero large tot they don't take google pay or apple pay asked for more ketchup she checked my bag to ensure I didn't have any lol cmon just give up the ketchup coke zero was weak asked about more syrup she says that it's premeasured and that's that so I drank a carbonated Carmel water 9/4/24 5pm
Not too bad ..went to the Greensburg Indiana one ...fast service and food isn't bad ..pricey ..but what isn't these days. Keep up the good work greensburg crew
