Me and a buddy stopped in the drive through before work and he asked for a large drink to be added to our order and they were not paying attention and did not put it in there and he told them he asked for his drink and the employee go disrespectful and said that don't come as a combo witch my buddy understood that and the employee rudely said well your gonna half to pay for it
The customer service gets all the credit here. But they make it hard to pay! They don’t accept tap to pay and the guy behind me couldn’t use a gift card or rewards card. So weird for a newer establishment.
Went through the drive thru, and was served our drinks and paid while in the middle of the line. We then had to wait over 10 minutes because the car at the window didn't have their food yet. Having a system where cars waiting on food can pull forward and wait would be a simple fix for this issue. Sitting and waiting with a baby and toddler when not necessary doesn't make a pleasant experience.
