Can't get the order right, and the food was cold. We ordered 2 soft tacos, a medium Pepsi, and an order or nacho fries. That's it! What did we get? 1 soft taco, nacho fries, nacho chips, and our Pepsi. And the food was cold! Hate this place!

Went through the drive through after being stuck in the drive through for fifteen minutes.Because they were so busy.I got the wrong food, then.I went through again to get the right food and they still was missing something in my order.The manager also told me that he couldn't take my food back.The bag which had the old food in it?Because I don't eat meat and it was stuff.I did not order.He said, I would have to throw it away.And I said where there's not even a trash can, and he acted like he didn't care the lady at the drive through was disengaged, but then offered me a free taco for that location, which was halfway between indianapolis and cincinnati.And I live in cincinnati, like I would never even use that coupon.It was just a horrible experience.

It was late they were so fast I knew it was going to be old and nasty, but then I ate my first taco and 🙂 it was amazing! Fresh as it gets. Hands down best taco bell of the year! 10/10

Walked in, and walked right out. No customers inside but super dirty! How? If this is how an empty dinning room looks I cant imagine the kitchen and bathrooms. Management needs to be more observant

Whoever owns this establishment needs to get with their managers and figure out the issues y'all never have enough food your machines to make the food or down a lot. The issues you guys be having are very solvable there must be horrible communication.

I went there today and I went during the lunch rush which was my own fault. I did have to wait roughly 30 minutes for my food but the staff was very kind trying to keep up with orders and keep the customers informed on their order states. I will also say the food I got today was some of the best I’ve ever received from any Taco Bell! It was busy but I’d wait that long again if it ment I got this quality of food!

No idea what taco they gave me. Supposed to be new cantina crispy chicken and it was just a normal hard taco with shredded chicken and some cheese on the outside.
