Today showing up to order breakfast at 10:29 outside on the intercom, only to be treated rudely not to be heard and then told I couldn't have breakfast after a few of my minutes was wasted... And on top of it the girl in the window very rude laughing at me as I'm pulling off being rude showing off her cow soup with gestures... Really I get it you work behind a window but showing up in a cow suit is funny get a job somewhere funny where you can treat people to laugh not upset them and not give them what they are asking for that your bulletin shows that you have.. that was it for me no more Wendy's

Wow...I eat here 4 to 5 times a week and have had a few messups here or there. But the only time I have ever complained about anything, the manager and the staff are extremely rude and try to make it difficult on you. I spend a couple hundred dollars a month there and have never complained...I was not looking for a free meal just because...you guys messed something up so fix it. That simple. And do it cheerfully. I build houses and have to deal with way bigger problems on a way grander scale and do so with a cheerful attitude. It is just extremely poor customer service. Unbelievable...

Great staff .. ordered online pikd up drive thru ordered from park lot thrn jumped right n line .. abd tge food was jus not fresh at all . .everything else was great!! Ppl .. atmosphere great!!

WoW! Online order from park lot then jumped straight n drive thru t min later got home food out n first thing I went to open was tge cheese at 1st I thought sumthin was n it but nope jys climps a cheese n was charged 80 xtra cents which I understand ain't nothing free. But even wuth these clumps I pulled out wit spoon I font think cup wss even hlf full.. Fry box old dried burnt tough ends n honestly I ain't even opened the chili or sandwich. Don't want none this! Completely burnt my appetite fir Wendy's today. These nuggets even dried up crushing. My goofiness! Rhe staff was Great! Drive thru moving along buy this food.. huh uh.. aTERRIBLE!! gi/a toss it all cuz aunt no way im putting any thst n my mouth n gut.. BEATS ME!! jus check your food ppl b4 u go.. I dint have time to... SHAMEY on me!! Drive thru chic was cool.ljbe moved gojd.. then this!! Sad!!

Nothing special...just a Wendy's...always pleasant people working the drive thru though.
At this Greensburg,In location, service is not top notch. You are not even greeted as you walk up to the counter. 2 separate occasions 1 female associate will just stare at you. I asked her both times, " Are you ready to take my order?" I usually will order chicken pecan salad. The chicken was hard as if it was from 2 days ago! Nuggets were barely warm as well!

I stopped in to get lunch, went with the mushroom swiss double burger meal. My burger was squished flat, and had no flavor. The fries were just OK. I don't recommend this fast food business to anyone. I know I won't go back to that particular Wendy's again.

Sloppy mess/ Dave's double. Too much condiments, overkill. Got home, opened, and the meat was hanging 1/2 way out the bun with condiments dripping everywhere. Worst Wendy's sandwiches, we have ever gotten.
