These people want to do business through DoorDash but employees over there are badass. They literally don’t give a shit about doordash orders. They will keep on serving people dining in but to DoorDash or ubereats orders they literally don’t give damn shit about it. Worst employees and service

It had been years since we had been to Applebee's. We decided to visit the one at Greenwood Park Mall about four weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with the food and service, but we always know it doesn't stay that way. We revisited this location every Friday or Saturday since, so, like four weeks straight because we like the half price apps. This past Saturday, they dropped the ball. We ordered our usual apps, which included two orders of boneless wings. It was obvious that they were cooking up the wings ahead of 9 pm half price apps time to make it easier on the kitchen. They were old, hard,dry, and ultimately hurt our stomachs. Our Quesadilla was not hot and was different colors. Killed our taste for our new favorite spot to eat on the weekend. I don't think we should have to tell them not to cook food ahead of the rush. Fresh food is key to a good Dinning experience.

My wife and I went in this evening around 9:30 pm. Waited at the hostess stand to be seated. Once seated we waited for several minutes and no one came to our table so we left. Bad customer service. We'll not return. Do better staff, management and remember your customers should be acknowledged and waited on. Would avoid this Applebee's...

No problems and Bree was very nice.

We went in for dinner and it was the best experience. Our server whose name was Austin (wore his hair in a ponytail) he was AMAZING!! We didn’t wait long for anything. Drinks were refilled quickly. He so so polite and interacted with my son who is very talkative and just wants to make friends. I informed the manager of how amazing Austin was but figured I would leave a review here as well.

Always a great place to go. The staff always makes us feel welcome at home and the food is amazing! We are grateful to be regulars here as it’s the friendliest Applebees we’ve ever been to.

Brenna is always amazing we come in! She walks is a blast to speak with and just to have as a server! Thank you so much!

Waited 1.5 hours for food that NEVER showed up. Everyone else that showed up after us got their food in a timely manner. Never going back!
