When I received my order of 6 chicken tenders in the drive thru, 3 of them were big crumbs, pretty bad… I then had to pull around go in and show them again because they saw it first - the bad choice of food going to a customer. Showed them again and while I was waiting for the new ones to be cooked the girl standing there holding my cup for them found it necessary to start rubbing the top of the cup all over her pants which is disgraceful in its self… good thing I I saw her or with allergies this could have turned out bad…
Will never go there again!! Buyer beware….

Things seem to have turned around in the last few months for the better. The last couple of times I have been in the store the food has been more consistent, warm and more thoughtfully prepared very importantly, in stock. Customer service has been better and the remodel looks nice. Please keep up the good work and look forward to my next visit.

Went through drive thru and ordered 4 fish sandwiches. When we came home, we were given someone else's order. No fish sandwiches were in the bag we brought home.

Oh my Goodness this is the best Arby's ever. I love Arby's food but it always takes a long time. But not here went through drive through ordered for 6 people and David at drive through got everything correct! And the order was filled correctly first time! When I've placed orders in the past for larger family something is usually wrong or missing. The food was PERFECT HOT AND DELICIOUS! You guys rock!

Tried to order food through the drive through , was never addressed, never asked to order, never asked to Waite . In today’s economy, I’m not spending money at a place that has poor service and somewhat okay food. Every Arby’s I’ve been to, have been very dirty on the inside and have had poor service . Was hoping to give this location a shot , since I recently moved here. Never again

They used to always ask if you needed sauce now they never do. I asked for a roast beef with Arbys sauce and got no sauce so I just have this dry 7 dollar sand.
