Hudson Arby's and they do pretty well
After all the new renovation to the outside. Lord Jesus just look at the mens bathroom. There is no door. Disgusting.. We came in starving and three people ate for 30.00. The fries were cold and we had to ask for cups for the sauce and the ketchup was out in the lobby. We will not return.

Super glad they finally added this location to the app but you still can't get a deal on it. to get a sandwich for 99 cents you have to make a minimum purchase of $10 but then when you do so it makes you spend $15. to get 20% off your purchase you have to spend a minimum of 15 but on the app it makes you spend 20. to get $5 off your purchase you have to spend a minimum of 25 but it makes you spend $30. oh and don't order in a combo cuz none of those count towards any of those discounts so all in all the app is a big goose egg. Very misleading. That and the last time I checked this location did not participate in happy hour.

The man and woman behind the counter were awesome. We ordered off the app and picked up inside. Everything was ready. Our shakes were made, and kept in a fridge/freezer. They provided great service and were very respectful. This was not our usual store, but will probably be it going forward. Thank you.

I got a sandwich, a gyro, a small fry and a JAMOCA shake. They gave me a vanilla shake with some chocolate on top. I asked about it since the flavor was only vanilla, and the drive through lady was very rude and said that is how they look. Now I have been going to Arby’s for 15 years. I can tell you the jamoca shake does not look like vanilla with a hint of color lol. I asked if they had changed them and was told no. So then I asked if they could throw it away for me, notice I did not ask for it to be remakes or refunded. The lady was rude and slammed it into the trash. The other drive through lady was nice and answered my questions. But I will not go back to that particular Arby’s. I only wanted her to know it was time to change out the flavor packet. No need to be rude about it and tell me that is how they always look.

HORRIBLE. I can't see how a new spicy chicken sandwich could go soooo wrong. There was SOOOO much sauce my sandwich was just about ruined. Obviously you don't care. Thank God I had buns at home I could use. Their phone # doesn't work either 😡😡😡😡. Never get drive thru 😡😡😡😡
