17$ an they barely put anything in my plate 😕😒 skimpy with the portion
Not what it used to be, just bad. Bad prices, bad food, bad portion, bad stomach pains, also no fountain drink, cans only.

The orange chicken was old and hard as a rock. The fried rice was very dry I think it might have been cooked 3 or 4 days before. The only thing that I could eat was the bourbon chicken it was good but not for the price when I could not eat the rest of the meal. The manager was talking about her personal life instead of running the register where she was stationed. Not a happy customer.

They served me a roach in my chicken and I spent over $30 for two meals I couldn’t even eat anymore.
5-stars for mall bourbon chicken...
Feeling nostalgic for childhood mall dates with my mom, I stopped in Asian Chao for an order of bourbon chicken with white rice. It was near closing time & I didn't have high hopes.
The chicken was fresh & tasted exactly as I remembered.
The women working were incredibly friendly & kind.
Would stop by again if in the mall.

It wasn't very good, it tasted like old leftovers and wasn't even warm.

i was baffled when he told me my total. $19 for one meal and a drink… it was not worth it at all
I ordered Lo Mein noodles and General Tso's chicken and a pork egg roll with a regular drink, it came to $23.00. The noodles and the chicken where undercooked, I know this because the chicken tasted like baking soda and the noodles still had a flour mixed with the oils from being fried. The egg roll tasted the best but it looked overcooked, a really dark shell. The drink was fine, except it was mostly ice. There is a lot of room for improvement, the staff were nice enough, but the food was horrible. 1st and last time.

If you’re in the mall, go to Sarku Japan right next to it, my wife got a large drink, and her meal and it was 13$ with TWICE as much food as I received here. 19$ I spent for a two entree and a drink the chicken was the equivalent of a snack size portion. And 4$ for a small drink?? Out of your mind. In the picture provided there is noodles under the chicken so it’s 5-6 small pieces of chicken per entree.

I've had worse, but this was close. The chow mein was way overcooked and super mushy. It had very little flavor except what touched my chicken. The bourbon chicken was amazing, unfortunately they gave so little of it, that the price was almost a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and stand in the really long Sarku line. It's long for a reason, and the same could be said for the no line at this place.

Absolutely disappointed.... They skyrocket the price, give less food, and I had to get the staff attention because she was on the phone. You would think from the reviews they would try and do better. I'll just wait till it's under new management or replaced.
