Tried to make an online order At 11 AM only to find out that the restaurant isn’t even open because their manager didn’t show up but yet their online system still took my DoorDash order. They should probably turn DoorDash orders off if no one in the Restaurant. They don’t know how to refund my $60 This is absolutely ridiculous. How poorly ran the store is.

dude with the face tat was super rude to me and my girlfriend, mumbled about what size was available, and refused to elaborate, then got mad when we ordered a soft drink, sighed, and then gestured at the machine instead of saying it wasn’t self serve.
Genuinely would rather go to any other pretzel place than go here again

Food was good. Trent or the gentleman that waited on us was rude and acted like we were bothering him. But when a young lady walked up there he was all smiles and pleasant. She didn't even buy anything. This person must be a miserable person and needs to find another job.

The lady who took my daughter's order was so awesome! I let her know I appreciated her. She asked my daughter if she wanted a bag for her mini cinnamon pretzels, pointed her to the napkins, and told her to take her time putting her money away. My daughter said the minis were good and came right out of the oven.
Will not be coming back to this establishment any more. They fired their best employee because of some woke safe space punk complained about their "personal space" being invaded despite being seen on camera doing his job! There is no personal space behind the counter, that's why it's called work. I loved this place, best soft pretzels around but I will not buy from here again because management coweres to the woke garbage.

I don’t know who allowed this person to work with customers but she needs to go. The receipt said her name is Stacy P. but she didn’t have a nametag on. She had two separate incidents within the 15 minutes we were there.A hispanic man who was simply asking for an update on his order bc they’ve been standing there long before we were there and she was very short with him, wouldn’t even answer his questions and then shooed his away like a dog.The other was a couple who were waiting for the rest of their order but she would ignore them and used the excuse that the woman had walked away even though her partner was standing right there waiting. During both of these incidents, while their back were turned the worker would make faces at them and was mocking the accent of the hispanic man.When a manager was mention, the actual came forwarded and announced herself but did nothing to help the situation or reprimand the worker. She was standing behind the worker the entire time.

Warning: do not order delivery through their website because if there is an issue with the delivery, Annie Anne’s refuses to take care of their customers. If DoorDash refunds the order, you do not get the money back and Annie Anne’s refuses to do refunds, even though they were reimbursed by DoorDash twice. So unless you want to gamble losing your money, don’t do it.
