I been there few times this past months since they got really nice flavors and hit the spot in my pregnancy cravings. So good that the same day I was discharged from the hospital post partum I go to get my ice cream.There are really nice girls attending in front.This brings my childhood memories back.

This place has a lot of flavors to choose from. They will let you sample the flavors to help you decide! I got a sugar cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles and two scoops of ice cream: java chocolate fudge and the fat free vanilla!! The fat free vanilla melts a lot faster.

This isn't BR anymore. It is now serving Purple Cow or some type of cow themed ice cream. I ordered the birthday cake ice cream and I probably won't be back. The service was pretty poor. The associate behind the counter was pretty unkind to my 13 year old daughter. Her feelings were hurt. She asked about a flavor and the employee was just condescending and unkind. It made for a bad experience and we won't go back.

I am so upset. I've gone to this Baskin Robbins faithfully for 25+ years and we came in to celebrate the start of the school year only to find they are running out of all our favorite flavors and they are never coming back. No more Baskins, just some place called Moo something. It was a depressing experience and I don't intend to come give money to the place that replace my favorite. I know times chance but I'm mad. This was the only Baskins in our area. grrrrrrrrr.

Went to Baskin Robbins on U.S. 31. They were out of chocolate chip ice cream.I was told by a worker that they are phasing out Baskin Robbins and turning into a "Blue Moo" or "Blue Moon" (not sure which).VERY DISAPPOINTED!Left the store without buying anything.

A classic Baskin Robbins. As usual, you can try a few samples to help you decide on a flavor. I got the birthday cake flavor as I’d never tried that here before. It was enjoyable :)

This is twice that my experience has been horrible in the last week. First of all for 44 years of my life when I get a ice cream cone, there’s actually ice cream in the cone they’re just taking a scoop of ice cream and barely setting it on top of the ice cream cone to where a soon as you walk outside, it’s hot so it falls off so I asked them to press it down a little bit more so he shoves it down so hard that he breaks the cone, then hands me a bowl when I ask about the broke cone I get to the cash register and ask why can’t my ice cream cone be made correctly and Can she hold it so I can get my money out because I’m by myself she said the thing for the cones is broke. I don’t know what to tell you so now I’m eating a bowl of ice cream with the cone sticking out I wanted an ice cream cone!!! Horrible customer service! No gloves or hairnets are being worn! And just rude!

This Baskin Robbin is in kind of an inconvenient location. The parking lot is a little small and it's hard to turn out of when leaving. The store doesn't have very much seating and there are only 2 benches outside. The ice cream is delicious as any other Baskin Robbins.

Was having a problem placing an order online, reached out to Customer Service and the put me in contact with the owner, such a nice man. I explained to him the issue and he was able to reach the store and had someone call me back with in minutes, was able to place my order and get by grandkids their annual B-Day cake. The service here was SO BAD. First of all they got the order wrong when I ordered. Then kept calling multiple times asking the same things because their employees never wrote down how I wanted the cake. They also charged me twice for the cake and couldn't refund me because the manager wasn't there, so okay I came back on pickup day and tried to get the refund and their manager didn't refund me because she wasn't there today either and the employee straight up was rude and didn't acknowledge us for so long. They wanted me to come back tomorrow even when I said I live 2 hours away. The cake was all wrong despite them calling me SO MANY times about the shape and design. Not only that but the employee handling the pickup and refund was EXTREMELY rude and condescending, never apologized once about the whole situation despite us being nice. She gave us attitude the whole time rolling her eyes, tapping rudely on the card machine and commanding me around. I understand it wasn't her fault but having a bad attitude the whole time and treating customers badly from the moment they walk in the store is extremely bad customer service. We were expecting at least a sorry but did not even get that. 0/10 on this place's customer service and employee's work.
