The burgers were good and I'm kinda sad it shut down. But this is a place where the customer was "never right". I think the owner didn't take his meds.

Been a good minute since I ate here but when I was here the owner was genuine and very much took pride in what comes out the kitchen. Appetizers were always on point and the food was always hot and fresh. Never fealt offended in anyway and was always treated greatly. Sucks they shut down. Gonna miss

After multiple complaints about the owner of that place and the way he treats people, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless you want to be called out and yelled by him. Even his workers are afraid of him.EDIT: To, clarify the reply for the owner, yes, I have eaten there before, and the food was okay. Not amazing, I tried the Peanut butter burger. Another thing I didn’t liked was the prices on the menu and the bill were different, they added $1 or $2 per item.

First time customer even though I only live 23 min. away. Was looking for something new and ventured in. Had the Brickyard Burger and it was delicious! Stepped outside of the norm and glad I did. Will be back!

Not backing anyone up or saying he’s in the right for his responses but in todays world people have 0 respect and think bc they go to dine in they can disrespect people and be rude and get free food. I think this owner has dealt with the way this generation is and is just fed up with customers demands and respect. This generation sucks. You seem like a pretty nice guy owner in your good reviews. Bc half of the negative ones are from others posting on there life like (social media) about the company. Today you can make everyone happy bc so many humans are dumb and rely on there phone and social media as a gateway to hurt people.

Came with a group of 18 after a baseball game. Terrific food and atmosphere. Employees were very accommodating, including the owner so I am not sure what the other reviews are even talking about. We had zero problems seating and getting taken care of.
I made love to the Carmel apple cheeseburger and it didn't swallow. 1 star. BTB Facebook page said #foodporn and I took it literally. Disappointed

A word of warning. Don't go here if there are more than six in your group. They will split you up no exceptions. A group of ten of us had dinner there last night after a golf outing. The restaurant was half empty when we arrived. It was well after the dinner hour. We wanted to sit together and the manager refused to let us. The manager was obnoxious about it and ordered us around like we were his employees not his customers. It was such a bad situation that he has lost ten local customers for life. Another thing to consider is that their menu has incorrect pricing on it. Almost everything we purchased was billed to us at $2.00 more than the menu stated. Lastly, the food was ok. As long as you don't mind spending $15.75 for a Big Mac quality hamburger and tater tots.Response to the owner’s response:Most of your response is a total fabrication. The point of my review is that you do not allow groups greater than six to sit together. Do you deny this? Yes or No? If customers decide to visit your establishment in the future, they will see for themselves that your cash register charges more than your menu states.
