I really wanted to like this place since it is close to home. Unfortunately the beef ribs were expensive ( $39.99 per slab), and just had no flavor. I would guess they were boiled and microwaved. The brisket had smokiness but was tough. There was no cornbread and the sauce was lacking. The front register man was very nice but charged me $24.99 for a sandwich which was $14.99 on the menu. I wish them wel lbut I will no be back.

Ok so the place is outdated but the food was delicious. I rather eat at a outdated place than fancy and have my food suck. Ribs were tender seem baked but delicious. The baked beans w brisket was amazing and I don't like bake beans. The service was so good he was kind and helpful.

The place is ok but it was definitely not what I was expecting. If you’re in the area and want to give it a try go ahead.

Wow. Where to begin. The outside says texas bbq, but the inside says chinese food. The menu was just as confusing. They have pho, ribs, and pulled pork. Except the pho is unavailable and the daily brisket special is also unavailable. The drink options are limited to a $3 can of coke or a $3 can of root beer

We had Big Mo’s for lunch today. There were two of us and we got the pulled pork sandwich and a brisket sandwich and split them so we could try both. We were taken by surprise that the restaurant is actually BBQ and Pho. We ordered the egg rolls as an appetizer. They were delicious. While we were waiting on our meals, we read the reviews as this is a new establishment. Some reviews mention microwaves and a half lit restaurant. As far as the lighting goes, the restaurant is quite large, and they’re utilizing the front half. There’s plenty of seating and light in the area up front, and to be honest, I don’t see any reason to waste the energy on lighting the back half. Our food arrived, and was delicious. Both meat sandwiches were juicy and very flavorful. While chatting with the owners, we learned that they built a giant meat smoker setup, but they’re forbidden from smoking the meat outside on the premises. If it was actually microwaved, I wouldn’t even care. It wasn’t dry or tough AT ALL. So what if the drinks come in a can, at least it wasn’t a flat fountain drink that tastes like city water. We left satisfied, with full bellies, and we will be back!

Came here with a group from church. The best smoked brisket I've had at a restaurant so far. Very very good. Yes, the meal came in Styrofoam containers and you get a can and plastic cup for your drink, but honestly it really added to the charm for me. The owner was super nice and very friendly really has a desire for high standards in the kitchen and to continuously improve which I really appreciate. Definitely recommend. :)

We went to this place because we were driving by and I have to agree with the other review on this place. Half the lights in the restaurant were off and they were playing slow music That almost put me to sleep. The customer service was really good and the owner was very friendly! When placing our order there was a lot that they don’t do anymore. When they were making our food we heard and saw every one of our items being heated up in the microwave. With that being said $30 for 2 pulled pork sandwiches 1 can of soda and 2 bottles of water is a little steep in my book for the quality of food you are getting. Also when we walked in the smell of marijuana was very strong even more when the owner reached over me. Along with the other review I’m sorry to the owner he is super nice but I can’t go over a 2/5.

I really had high hopes, unfortunately it was a big disappointment. You're greeted with a blast of smelly incense which blows right on the tables where you're seated. We ordered our drinks, one soda & one water...we got a can and a plastic bottled water(I didn't order bottled water). No glasses with ice, just the can and plastic. We just wanted something light, we told her like a sandwich, but we're told the $20 platter was the way to go?!? We ordered the sandwich...it came in a styrofoam container with nothing else, not a chip or even a 2oz cup of coleslaw, nothing. We were given a small plastic knife & fork wrapped in plastic with paper towels to eat with. The meat was cold and hard and many hard chunks that weren't edible,, not a hint of smoke on the meat either. No decor at all, kind of like a nondescript lunch hall. It's supposed to be Texas BBQ, not even close. I've always been told, never eat somewhere that has more than one theme. It's BBQ and Pho, we should have passed, but want to support local non-corporate restaurant. Sorry to the owners, because they seemed really sweet. Maybe you should just do an authentic Vietnamese menu, as far as I know, we don't have that in this area. I think you might have better luck. Respectfully.
