There were several things wrong with my visit to the Greenwood Biggby location. First, the service was very slow and unfriendly. It took at least 15 minutes between my arrival and exit to get through the line. The cashier was not friendly or helpful. I got the maple waffle bacon egg and cheese sandwich, which came out with no egg. The cold foam on my sweet foam cold brew was grainy. I’m disappointed with this location. I typically go to the Southport location, which gets me through in at most 5 minutes and has never given me cause for complaint. Hopefully the Greenwood location can do better, but I won’t be returning.

Came through here last week with my daughter and sister in law... ordered a frozen creme freeze and a water. I was charged $2.50 for a cup of WATER. Absolutely ridiculous to be charged that much for WATER. That's how much some Sodas cost at restaurants... most places typically do not charge for cups of water because its typically complimentary... very disappointing. If you MUST charge for a cup of water, the most it should be is $1.00.

I often need to have water with my coffee because of stomach issues, so I normally order together. I am fine to pay for water because I know it costs the owner for the cup, lid and overhead. This location charges $3.50 for a cup of TAP water. I was shocked and was told that this was a company-wide policy; it is not. I have no interest is supporting this location where in my opinion the owner is greedy and the staff lies.

I really like the food at Biggby by but every time I go there is an issue with a coupon or a special of the day. The specialty drink that was posted last week for $2.99 says nothing about adding or taking away and then get charged more for the item because it had sweet cream added. I could not use a coupon for a sandwich on the same order. There are many coffee shops out there which will get my business in the future. I doubt the Biggby with get my business again.
Up to standard. 👍🏼 Very good drinks that tasted exactly as they’re supposed to. Our bagel wasn’t greasy, and full of delicious ingredients. They offered our dogs treats and pup cups. 5/5 Biggby and I would 100% stop back in for more!
