Went with a group of 6 and they allowed us to have a nice get together and have some good food as well. Always nice to go someplace where you can chat with old friends you haven't seen in a while and not get shooed out the door and be able to enjoy dinner at a leisurely pace,
Austin supported our table of six (6) and did an admirable job considering our boisterousness. He kept up with our requests and did a good job ensuring we had everything we needed. A couple of us ordered steaks and they were ok, but the winner of the night was the double bone pork chop special and the burger. They were very well done. Definitely a great place to hang out and enjoy friends / family.
Service was very slow. Many food options were not available that evening. Our server stated they ran out of glasses because a whole bunch of them broke. We could not pay via QRL prompt on bill. Our server stated their “system” was down. This location seems to be going downhill quickly. Is it a management issue or what?
We had a 5:30 reservation on a Friday evening were very surprised they weren't busy. Our waitress was great, but we waited longer for our food this visit than ever before. Our waitress kept checking on our food, kept us updated, and continually apologized for it taking so long. Would have given 5 stars, and though our waitresses service was outstanding, the kitchen missed big time this visit. his visit
this place is so good. i ate the Southern Fried Chicken with a pazookie and it was some of the best food from a restaurant i have eaten. I have linked a photo of the atmosphere right here. you tell me, ISNT THAT COOL?
Ordered salads online to pick up followed pick up procedure marking in space 2 lady brought out two salads Asian salads with oranges green onions etc but no utensils or salad dressing. I had to come in and wait to be helped before finally getting my utensils and dressing and I asked online for four dressing cup received only two over thirty dollars for two salads all that trouble would not recommend
Five-Star Service!
I rarely leave reviews, but our experience this afternoon was truly exceptional—thanks in large part to our incredible waiter, Austin. From the moment we were seated, he struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. He greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like we were his top priority.
What really stood out was Austin's attentiveness. Our glasses were never empty, he anticipated our needs before we could ask, and somehow managed to be available without ever hovering. He knew the menu inside and out, offering thoughtful recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. He was both considerate and patient as we requested a few changes to some of the entrees. His timing was impeccable—every course arrived just when we were ready for it, and he checked in just enough to ensure everything was to our satisfaction without interrupting the flow of our meal.
It’s rare to find service that makes a great meal unforgettable, but today, the service elevated the entire experience. If you're lucky enough to have Austin as your waiter, you're in for a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for his section!
Me and the hubby had a date night went there with high expectations and got nothing but. Got our salad house it was watered down dressing got our appetizer after it was cold and very chewy calamari not good
Got our meal mine was sirloin and shrimp scampi potatoes was cold shrimp was good but cold steak was horrible it also was cold and very hard to even cut
Husband got the rack of ribs he said his food was ok but no where near other restaurants we go to
Waiter literally took 25 minutes just to come out all in all it was a shit show this is the Greenwood mall location
First off they took an hour to get the food to our table. Then the salad was wrong, the tacos were wrong. Then the waitress was rude when we informed her. The manager came out just said he could remake it no apology or anything. Terrible service will not be back
The prime rib dip was nothing more than GFS roast beef. If they think this is prime rib, you can get three sandwiches at Arby's that will fill you up for the $18.99 paid for a single sandwich yesterday. When they didn't ask how I'd like it cooked, I should have known. Date got the salmon. Be prepared to stop at Dairy Queen to get full after a 3-4 oz piece of fish resting on a tablespoon of rice and a couple pieces of broccoli. Definitelynot worth $25. This used to be a goto for us, but won't be going back. I get the economy is rough for everyone, but shrinkflation and poor food quality is going to be the end of this restaurant.

Place was dirty Sat at booth with sticky substance spilled on floor and service was lousy! Waitress did not care about the sticky substance we had to put our shoes on YUK 👎
Great food and excellent service, as usual. Why in the world do I need to write more? Only to satisfy the minimum 50 character requirement.
We went to BJ's for Mother's Day. The food was good and the atmosphere wonderful. It was a little loud for our mother, but it was overall a beautiful time!
I usually enjoy eating at BJ's, but not this time. It took over two hours, and our server was awful. He was too busy talking with everyone to do his job.
