More than half the tables were open with a full waiting room at 5:30 pm which was a weird start. We waited 20 minutes using the text alert that said 10-15 minute wait. They could have sat us even if they were understaffed… that’s one way to make more money on appetizers and drinks.I’m not one to send back food or complain, but last night I ordered the ribeye medium to share with my grandson (3). I cut into it and it was fully rare. I grill quite a bit at home so I believe the issue was they took it directly out of cold storage and it wasn’t at room temperature when cooked. All but the exterior was raw.The waitress was apologetic and took the steak back to the kitchen and 10 minutes later returned with the same steak. This time, it was halfway cooked… so it was obviously just thrown on one side for a few minutes and given back. We wound up taking it home and cooking it for breakfast this morning.I know there are folks who are petty about how their steak is cooked… I just expect it to be close. Medium is not rare.The rest of the meal was great… tomato and mozzarella salad was delicious and the fries were perfect. But the most expensive thing on the menu was inedible. We won’t be back.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. We were greeted with "Hi my name is ____ and I'm NOT going to be taking care of you but I will take your drink orders." It is every employees job to take care of the customers in that building regardless of their title. It felt very weird from the get go. 8 of the 11 meals had something wrong with them. We tried ordering 3 appetizers and they were out of 2 of them. They were out of a lot of their menu items it was very strange, especially for a weekend visit. Food was brought out wrong (missing things from what should've been included) Most of our food was cold, which was weird because we had an employee come to our table and say "it's going to take a little longer for your food to come our because we are making it fresh" which, what? Isn't all food supposed to come out fresh?? And it definitely wasn't considering more than half our of meals were cold. We were there for 2 birthdays and we didn't even want to stay for the pizza cookie or whatever they give out for birthdays because we could only imagine the disappointment with that. Our waitress was very nice, and that's about all I have to say positive about this place. If you want less than mediocre food for a high dollar price, this might be the place for you.

Seated quickly for a Friday night. Our waitress, Bri, was informative and welcoming. 10/10
Curbside parking doesn’t have any space and used by non-customers. Take out orders are prepared wrong multiple times, missing fries, missing ingredients.Vegetarian options: Take out order frequently contained beef burger instead of veggie patty.Kid-friendliness: There are TVs all around and they distract kids.
