I've been ordering cookie cakes from this location for the past few years. Jamie always does an amazing job with my sometimes oddball requests. She nails it every time! Highly recommend her if you need a cookie cake. She's absolutely the best!

I called yesterday regarding if their cookie cakes contained tree nuts. They advised they did not which was great. I stated I would come in the next day (today). I get all the way there and they tell me I have to order ahead or online. Which I would have done that yesterday if they would have told me that during our phone call. So now I wasted gas, my time, and my co worker doesn’t get a cake tomorrow now. So thanks for nothing!

Service was good and the cookie was yummy, but nearly $12 (after tax) for ONE bunny cookie is beyond ridiculous. Zero stars for value.
In reply to your response - a cookie smaller than my hand, regardless of weight, is just not worth $12.

Not sure of the negative reviews and why this place only has a 3.6 rating but my experience was very positive. The lady who waited on me was very nice and the cookies seriously tasted homemade like I would make at home. Blows American Cookie out of the water by far.

The girl working the counter was so rude? Literally zero customer service skills. Why can't this mall have Great American Cookies instead? Also overpriced, we got cookies and a slice of cookie cake and it was just so-so, nowhere near worth the price.

The larger sugar cookies are too salty and bready. Tastes like there's too much baking soda in their recipe. Definitely not worth the 5-10 USD per cookie.The smaller standard cookies (snickerdoodles, chocolate chips, etc.) are okay but nothing special.I'd skip this place personally and go for ice cream or boba instead. If you really want a good cookie you're better off buying a brand you already like or getting store-bought cookie dough and making your own.
