We had Bob's family feast for Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Everyone (6 people, 4 adults and 2 teens) was happy and full, and we had plenty of food for yummy leftovers. All the food was delicious, the turkey with moist and seasoned to perfection and the ham was just as delicious.

Our wait person, Billie, is excellent. We eat here often at breakfast. She remembers my prefences. She warms my banana bread which is my prefence. She is delightfully personable as well.

Had steak tips and mash potatoes and corn very delicious, the silverware not that clean my friend had fish je didn't like. My food was great. Service good she could smile more. Thank you.

I purchased two family meals for a party. The first meal was a turkey and stuffing meal the stuffing was not very good at best The turkey slices were extremely thin. The rolls were good The salad was good but we were supposed to get a banana bread with one of the dinners which we did not get. There were plates and plastic silverware but there was no better at all for the rolls. My bill was $138 and change for the two meals with a pecan pie. The quality I am used to at Bob Evans was not in this meal for that kind of money I was very disappointed.

I had Called in a salad, 20 minutes to make plenty of time. So at 25 minutes called spoke with ? No name given. I stated I ha a pick up at 7.00. The response was yeah????. Okay I asked about it she said they were busy. Now remind you there was not even 6 cars in the parking lot. I told her if it wasn’t out by 7:10 I want a refund. It does not take that long to prepare a salad. Amazing a minute later Ashley brought it out.
First of all you answer a business phone with your name, second your response isn’t yeah. Sad that this is customer service now.

About a year ago, a newer manager here turned what could have been a terrible experience into something unforgettable with her kindness and compassion. I’ve thought about her often since then. When I came back recently, I was sad to learn she’s no longer with the company. What disappointed me even more was how negatively the staff spoke about her, which was nothing like the caring person I met.

She comforted me on one of the hardest days of my life, after losing my mom. She even remade my meal herself and told me, “No one leaves my building hungry or sad.” And because of her, I didn’t.

I just want her to know she made a lasting impact on me. She’s a rare gem, and I hope she never changes who she is.

Sitting waiting for our breakfast and the waitress told us she was new.
*** What really bother me was the other employees standing around and not cleaning the tables or booths off. We saw only one person doing this. Like to know where the manager is and something could have been done to help each other out. *****

$16 on door dash for like 4 noodles and 2 chunks of chicken. Most expensive mashed potatoes ever. We got two orders of the same and both look this bad.
(Yes I took a couple bites before thinking to snap a pic). Containers were set on their side so leaked all over everything. Second time in a row we’ve gotten bad service so we’re done with this location.
