March 11th 2024.Only 3 people working at 6 pm. 1cook, mgr, 1 waitress.2 groups of People waiting to be seated walked out, tired of waiting to be acknowledged. I waited and was seated. The staff was in the kitchen talking. There were 6 dirty tables. 2 tables got up to leave and had to wait several minutes until someone showed up to run the register. Just awful service. The waitress didn't hesitate to grab her tips, but didnt bother to clear the tables. Do better for your customers!

They only allow for about 1/3 of the seats to be filled. Wait was over half an hour. Waitress tried arguing about whether dinner included bread. Ordered fried fish with tartar sauce, only to be told that Bob Evans doesn't carry tartar sauce and they don't know why they even put that on the menu. Extremely disappointing service!

Went to breakfast with my boyfriend and had the best service I have had in a long time. Kyla was our servers name and you could tell she was a seasoned server. On top of being super friendly and adorable, she got our order to us quickly and accurate plus she even remembered to bring out all the extras we asked for such as sauces, straws, creamer etc. She never let our drinks go empty and checked in with us the perfect amount of times. Hats off to the kitchen as well as our eggs and burger were cooked perfectly. Overall, we had an awesome date and want to thank Kyla for her exceptional service!

The food is always fantastic at this location, and the service too. Can’t say enough good about their holiday meals. We had a very hard year, and preparing a scratch Thanksgiving dinner wasn’t in the cards and nor did we want to travel, so we opted for a farmhouse feast, and it was absolutely wonderful. Easy to prep, pickup was a breeze, and worth every dime. Fed us for days afterwards too. We appreciated so much having that option available to us this season. We go here multiple times a month to eat, and it’s always so good - always.

I Ordered turkey dinner for family I have had more turkey on and individual meal I spent over a hundred dollars for a crazy amount of food this should be considered theft.

New menu item not the best. My husband and I ordered the new BBQ Mac and Cheese. The presentation was good, but that is about it. The macaroni was barely warm. Then they put cold shredded cheese on top, which made it taste colder. The "BBQ" was not what I call BBQ. It tasted like salty meat with no BBQ flavor at all. The dish was a big disappointment. I guess I will have to stick to the Brioche French Toast. Hopefully they haven't changed it. We expressed our disappointment to the server who was very nice. Her name was Shelby and she was very attentive. She did tell the manager and we were given some Banana Bread to take home.
