Great dinner last night. Enjoyed the food

Very nice place, the food was good, but our drinks ran empty a few times and we wondered if the waitress was going to come back. Prices were moderately high, but it was decorated well, and the food was enjoyable.

Wow. Bonefish has really fallen off. This used to be a place where you could guarantee that you were going to get fresh, hot, delicious food. They used to have atmosphere. It used to be so clean you could eat off the floor.

I don't know what changed, but I can tell you what didn't: their prices. $25 a plate for some of the worst slop I've ever had from a restaurant.

I ordered a cod filet with scallop, shrimp, and a couple cheeses on top with jasmine rice and steamed asparagus. Where do I start? The topping was hot...a hot mess of cheese and maybe cream cheese? Shrimp but not a single scallop piece. The cod underneath was decidedly NOT hot. In fact, it felt cold compared to the topping. Then the rice. Jasmine? Really? It doesn't make it fancy but ok. Would have been fine but it was dry in some spots...like overcooked on the pan side dry. Then there was the asparagus. No seasoning. Steamed but barely. Why not grilled?

My mom and i both ordered the same thing, so I know it wasn't a fluke. I've never had anything so awful for that price. We should have gone to Olive Garden or even MCL.

The staff were nice. The restaurant was dirty.

Martinis and bartenders are great. Food has gone downhill in the last couple years

As a customer that walks through the front door I expect to be treated with respect and dignity not what happens here. The host and hostess were standing there looking very unhappy and not thrilled to be working. When we said we had a larger party. The gave us an extremely long wait time. Even though the entire restaurant was empty. Then when we asked how come we can’t go to the empty tables. They had a snarky reply. After putting our name in they continued with their snarky comments and talking bad about us even though we’re ten feet away. This is definitely not the customer service that we expect when going out for a family outing. Definitely understand why this restaurant is dead. I understand under staffing issues but do not understand the rude and snarky comments in a place of business.

Always delicious!

For a chain restaurant, Bonefish does a great job. We had the signature bang bang shrimp and warm bread with olive oil and herbs for appetizers. For the main course, it was the seared ahi tuna and crab cakes. The tuna was perfectly seared and it came in a bed of shaved spicy Brussel sprouts with jasmine rice and a savory sauce. The crab cakes were delicious and served with a spicy aioli. Great service, friendly staff. In all, a very consistent dining experience at our go-to seafood restaurant.

This is an independent, uncompensated review.

Great food, service and ambience. However, the staff were above and beyond excellent! Tyler is not only an excellent bartender, but also is very knowledgeable regarding the menu and very attentive regarding customer service. Fabulous experience all around!

Ate Bad Tuna — Now I’m Worried About Food Poisoning

I’m extremely upset with my recent visit to Bonefish Grill. I ordered the tuna expecting it to be fresh and vibrant, but what I got looked brownish-grey, over-seared, and far from the bright red, quality tuna they promote. Unfortunately, I ate some before realizing how off it looked — and now I’m feeling sick and genuinely concerned I might have food poisoning.

This is unacceptable, especially from a seafood restaurant that claims to serve high-quality dishes. Food safety should never be compromised.
