The chocolate milkshake i got was delicious and I got excellent customer service from Kai.
Amazing service. Girls there were very helpful to my needs and what I wanted, especially Kay. Kay made sure my Cafe Latte Shake with Carmel was made perfect for me. Great team work!

Debbie and Leslie were great! We had no idea how to order and they were sweet and patient! They guided us to flavors we might like and although it's not something I'd eat every day it is something worth trying and I can see why some people would come over and over! Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I paid for my order with Doordash and had a receipt. They tried to brush me off and told me they did not have my order!!! There this Caucasian lady had the worst attitude! She should be fired. Totally unacceptable! It took me ten minutes or arguing with them and then they miraculously found it on their screen.

Tried it once and it was awful. So awful that the Mishawaka location was threatening the better-selling Icy Bar kiosk to the point it got shut down. I will never go here, and you shouldn't either.
Mishawaka location Worst tea I ever tried. It was absolutely disgusting, I had to throw it out. Waste of money. The manager is also very unprofessional, the stuff seem like they could care less about being there. They are super slow even when there was no body else in line or waiting. I understand now why this place always has no line. I should've trusted what I been told. Everyone told me it wasn't good but I wanted to see for myself. Had my drink remade and it somehow managed to taste even worse. I don't know how this place has any good reviews. Unless it's the staff giving 5 stars or the managers friends. I feel bad for the staff honestly. Probably beung forced to wrote fake reviews. I've heard story's from past staff members saying they were treated terribly by the manager and it's a highly toxic work environment and they can't keep employees. Remember a place is only as good as they treat their employees. There are so many better tea places like Icy bar which I just found out that this place got them shut down. Also theres a place on Edison that's good as well
This is for their location in Mishawaka, Indiana inside the University Park Mall. I went there after I realized Icy Bar (a long time boba shop inside the mall) was closed and I still wanted some boba so I went here. The workers look miserable and unhappy like they didn't want to be there. The service was quick but yet again there was no one there and then I realized why. The boba I ordered was gross, it left a bad taste in my mouth and was just very distasteful. While Icy Bar would $5-$7, Bubblicious charges $7-10 for worse quality boba. Complete honesty, it was still the worst boba I've ever had. And I ordered a regular brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, which is a very basic drink in boba shops. I reached out to one of the owners of the Icy Bar Boba Shop since its a favorite in this mall and we were informed the manager of Bubblicious HARRASSED them out of the mall. Simply because Icy Bar would out sell Bubblicious. So not only is the boba gross, the employees look miserable and exhausted, the environment is just negative, the manager of this establishment apparently like to harass family owned competitors instead of using real marketing and business methods to improve their services. Definitely will NEVER give them my time of day again and will definitely spread the word about this. Bubblicious, I sincerely hope that you train your managers better because this poor business practice is the type to bring a negative reputation to ALL your other stores. Unless this type of behavior is acceptable on your turns, please do better.

This was my first time and felt like I was a bother more than anything else when I asked my question. The drink was way too sweet. I couldn’t taste the Thai tea at all. The tapioca pearls were gummy. Not a great experience.

I love this place. I go here pretty often and the strawberry shake is one of my favorites for a sweet drink and the tea is super good too. The employees are always helpful and fast, service is very quick !!

I love the Boba here! Always wish they put in tad more Boba but that's just a personal preference
We ordered 5 bubble teas and for all of them the sugar was messed up. The one we wanted with lowest sugar was hella sweet, and the ones we wanted with higher sweet had almost none.So frustrating especially considering how expensive is bubble tea.
