Mo always delivers the best service. And the Greenwood location is definitely the best in Indy. A great place for a group.
Horrible server. Limited wine selection and what Italian restaurant doesn't have a standing Italian soup on the menu
Service was lacking, food was better than ok, but nothing to write home about. Bruchetta and pizza were the best thing on the menu. Even the dessert was just...OK. We were celebrating a graduate and was not impressed.
had dinner with my wife and daughter. we had not been in a few years and decided to give the new menu a try
It was very strange with the reservation experience. We walked in and they said that our specific table wasn't ready yet and I told them we'll take any table doesn't need to be a specific table and they said they already assigned one to us and that it would be a 30 minute wait. It wasn't 30 minutes, it was 15 minutes but they called me, not texted. Just thought this was odd. Once we sat down nobody came to our table so I had to approach a server after another 15 minutes.
Waitress was not interested in serving our table. Seems reservations and the expense of eating there are not factors of trying to be good at your waitress job. Won't be going back there if I can help it.
We were a group of 10 celebrating my nephew's birthday. Jandy was a great waitress and the food was plentiful and great tasting!
My wife and I met up with the in-laws and decided we wanted to go to Buca Di Beppos. As always, we had a pleasant time. This Buca location is very consistent, so the staff was nice, and the food was solid. I decided to try a new dish and was pleasantly surprised. The cream sauce was light and tasty. Thank you again for consistently being a good go-to for my family.
Its pasta 3 of us was 134 dollars its bland if you want pasta go to olive garden it actually comes with bread soup or salad unlimited. Not worth 30 dollars a person let alone 134 for 2 adults and a child. They don't do indivual portions its family sizes only. First time going and last olive garden has my business. I could of bought everyone's meal because our 2 friends and their kids went with them and they spent 140. So 140 bucks i cpuld.of bought a party of 6 at olive garden.
Great place for a nice family dinner! Prices & quality of food was great! Our server Ian was great and did an amazing job!

My husband and I picked Buca di Beppo for valentines day. The issue was not the food, it was our waiter. We waited an hour for our food, but we expected that because it was busy. However; during that hour never checked our empty drinks (he walked by numerous times). After we did eat, we sat for another 20 minutes waiting on our check... had to tell him twice we would like our check.
The food was very bland and it costs $50 for a large lasagna. A little pricey for such bland food.
Our waitress was exceptional! The food was fair, but highly overpriced. The fire alarm went off, causing panic and confusion.
The food was awesome. But service was slow. It took forever to get bread. They were not busy at all. But the waitress was MIA a lot. I am not sure what was going on. I was disappointed.
Good food and great service.
