Okay I LOVE Buca so much, I've been going there since I was little kid and the food is AMAZING.Unfortunately I have to give it 3 stars for my last visit. Yesterday I placed a takeout order (4 Lg entrees, Salad, and garlic bread). Well when you go to Bucas they have complementary bread with this amazing oil and balsamic! (It isn't on the menu, you can't order it) I tipped $33 on my order and wrote in "please don't forget the oil and balsamic please!" And they didn't give me any. The only reason I'm writing this is because I feel like this happens 8/10 on a takeout order.I specifically tipped more so they'd maybe see it and put it in for me. It was just so sad it wasn't there.I will continue to go there and I will still recommend it to everyone:)
The service was great. The food was good also. It is pricey for what we got. Olive Garden is just as good and cheaper in my opinion. We would recommend it for you to judge for yourself.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. That is the only part I liked. The menu is decent but the food is not upto the mark. Chicken Parmesan was really bad, it was not cooked properly in the center as the breast piece was just too thick. It was little bit burnt on the sides. The garlic bread was good.I liked the concept of ordering for the family but I didnot like the food at all.

Skyler was our server. She was patient while we decided what we wanted to order, as it was our first time here. She gave us an informed explanation on several menu items and provided the absolute best service my wife and I have received in a long time. We are young, so naturally our servers seem to assume that we may not tip the best due to our age, but we did not get that feeling from Skyler. She joked around with us and made us feel perfectly at home. If this restaurant is smart, they’ll hold on to this girl tight! Thank you Skyler!!! We will be coming back!!!

I love this restaurant, but I seems like they've made their food sizes smaller but kept their prices just as high.3/15/24I just came back again because it sounded really good for dinner. It was a good decision because the food i got was amazing with the beer I had. I ended up in the bar which was actually a lot quieter than normal dining so I'llprobablybe eating at the bar more often. But the bartender Skyler took really good care of me. She kept me in drinks and I got my food in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to be my server/bartender again.

We love this place! Always friendly and the food just “hits home” Mainly the Apple Gorgonzola Salad! Skyler was very pleasant and attentive. Food came out fast as always !
This was my first visit and I loved it!! A real authentic Italian experience! We sat in the special booth in the kitchen! Comfortably seated 4. The decor is fantastic! Everything is served Family Style, meaning we shared our selections. Our entrees we're Carbonara and Stuffed Manicotti, with an Antipasto Salad and cheesy garlic bread. Others had Cannolli for dessert! We got to see some delicious looking plates exit the kitchen. The Lasagna looked especially decadent!! I can't wait to return!

Just ate her with my Mother, and brother. Let me say the Meatballs and Fried Mozzarella were top tier!? However the main dish and star of the door was the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken was the BEST I've ever eaten!!! By far 5 stars and the staff and chef were amazing! Definitely recommend, and will be back!

We have been aware of Buca's authenticity in Italian cuisine for many years. We have come to expect bountiful portions that always requires take home containers. But on this visit to celebrate my 72nd birthday with family, a young g lady by the name of SKYLER made this truly a very special and memorable celebration. She presented a wide smile constantly and was very efficient in her menu explanations. She tolerated like a pro the joking and puns of six senior citizens. Skyler, thank you for your patience and humoring all of us. You deserve a medal. Most importantly, this amazing young lady understands the issues many seniors have in maneuvering through an IPhone. While attempting to search for a $20.00 Birthday coupon and free colossal brownie, she offered to find it on my phone. She did it with ease and wrote down the applicable codes which got us our discounts. After this she gathered up no less than eight Buca employees to sing the BUCA BIRTHDAY SONG to me. I loved it. Yes, the chopped antipasti salad, garlic bread, chicken Marsala, eggplant Parmesan and chicken saltimbocca was outstanding. But that comes as a given at the Greenwood Buca. BUT THE STAR OF THIS REVIEW IS OUR SERVER, SKYLER. One amazing Buca employee. ADVICE FROM A SENIOR CITIZEN. 1. Go to Buca for Italian cuisine. 2. Join the BUCA CLUB NOW. 3. If you're at Buca Greenwood on the weekends ask for SKYLER TO BE YOUR SERVER. You will not be sorry.
