I come here often when staying in indy. Same bdub atmosphere, games are on, food is as expected. The reason for 5 star, is ive always gotten excellent service from waitstaff and bartenders. Better than most bdubs. I will be back when in town again!!!!!

The burger tasted like it was thawed out in a microwave it was not good super greasy no flavor the appetizers were good I did like the loaded tater tots service kind of slow not those servers fault definitely the cooks other than that wouldn’t get it again

Definitely Not what it used to be. 2nd time using online ordering and didn’t get the food until 35 minutes after the provided time. Servers at the to go desk kept hiding and not asking customers their order name. After standing in line for 30 minutes the individual finally asked what my order was. Food was cold and boneless wings were mostly breading with very little chicken. Very disappointing considering the cost of eating out these days!

Food was cold. Came here once before and the food wasn't good. Go to Plainfield much much better. They weren't even busy. Five football games on and the audio was on an animated show?

The tomatoes they use for sandwiches don't look good and the lettuce they use looks like it's wilted and the wings comes out of kitchen cold and they expect the costumers to eat that yuk.

We just tried to have dinner here but we were told they no longer "take reservations" or have a wait list. Everyone was being told there were no open tables so you just have to wait for one to open. Or two if you need more and then I guess honor system amongst yourselves as to which party sits first? We weren't the only ones to walk out. Must be a new thing?? Very disappointing as we eat here often.

Walked in the door to the counter , guy approached me and asked what I needed , I said i was picking up an order . He then rolled his neck and eyes and real smart responded “ for who “ . Gave me my food , did not say 2 words nor respond . Was absolutely rude ! DONT WORK IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB . Thankful the food was good . Because the service was terrible
I ordered 60 wings on Tuesday for the BOGO and I checked and they only gave me 40 wings, the celery was brown not even fresh, the wings were really dry and had No sauce at all whatsoever. I have visited this place a lot and everytime I go I’ve had bad experience time by time.

I do not remember our servers name, she had dark hair, and was 30-40. She smelled like cigarettes and was very rude and condescending. We requested we move to another section because we were placed in the corner and could not see any TV and she talked down to my boyfriend as it was an inconvenience for her, although the restaurant was almost completely empty (maybe 2/10 tables near us were empty) she took our drink order then did not bring them for 20 minutes although i could see her on her phone at the PCO’s station. Food was good.

Had a pickup order and Food took over 30 minutes to be ready . It was only 1 person ahead of me and the place didn’t seem that busy. Persons food was wrong (ofc). I’m all for a grace period but the wait was ridiculous. Person up front kept going back and forth and never came out with a bag. I would suggest going to another establishment if you want to save time!
