I'm not even exaggerating, this is the best Burger King I've had in years. Food was so fresh and made with all customizations correctly. The drinks were even super flavored and carbonated like McDonalds drinks which doesn't usually happen at BKs. All this with only like 2 people working the entire building. They really don't deserve to be doing all that work themselves but they did a great job regardless. And I'm not even high 💯

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER MADE WRONG EVERY TIME!!! Last week I ordered 3 original chicken sandwiches, one was made wrong and they replaced it, the replacement was made correctly. On 2/3/2025 I again ordered 3 original chicken sandwiches all made the same way and all were missing cheese. I got those replaced today (2/4/2025) and of course they were all made wrong, they forgot the bacon. I'm getting really sick and tired of my sandwiches constantly being wrong!!! I don't want anymore replacements, I want my money back!!!

Just left and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…. My kid accidentally dropped his freeze and I went back to let them know what happened the manager said that he wasn’t going to replace it for me. I’m not looking for free food my kid just left Practice and just wanted something he can eat to fuel his energy back. I for a fact know as a manager there are some L’s that you can take to Establish good customer service

The store upon entering was not busy, only one table had customers at it. But they were busy with mobile orders. I ordered a combo meal with a large upgrade to both my fries and drink. This meal cost me 13$, more than I would have paid for the quality of food I received. Tables are dirty, trash on the floor, was not appealing for eating in. As for my food, the burger was sloppy, and not very warm. The fries were not the right size, I ordered large and received medium. All this happened in front of the manager on duty, because she was the one who gave me my food. To busy worrying about mobile orders instead of the people in front of her. Don't recommend this restaurant.

Don't upsize your combo order beyond small. They will give you the small even if you bought a large.

I pickup the order at 10 july at 9.3 pm I came to pick up the order in the drive through line and he said to me came again and speak in speaker and then I will give you the order then i wating for order he will not give me order he also use abused language cursed me very dirty words abuse language used towards me and told me to go back country this type of word he used with me very dirty kind of man very poor quality men

I've been meaning to write this the man who works at thia location with the glasses a white man is always and i mean always such a pleasure to interact with he is always polite and has excellent manors i wosh i knew his name to put it here
After waiting 10 minutes to order the manager had an attitude that I was paying with tap to pay and it took two taps to register. Then after it went through on my end she got pissy that their system was slow. Lady of you don't like your job find another. Oh and I never got my food.. going through the bank to get my money back.
