My burgers were raw. Manager didn’t care and even handed me my order. Told me to come back to get a refund or replacement. Not sure who would go back and trust him to make my food. They need a new manager. This store lost my business.

1st they ain’t have any cherry coke which I thought all BKs had a a freestyle machine so I didn’t believe that. Then I order 10 French toast sticks and they don’t give me a single syrup to dip them in.

I went here today to get the barbecued whopper brisket because my dad was raving about it after I got the sandwich. There was basically no brisket on it at all. I should’ve called in, but I just don’t wanna ruin peoples days, but he said his had plenty of brisket on it so I hope that they’ll either give me my money back or give me a free sandwich. The next time I go to try this sandwich because I was ripped off with basically having no brisket

Rude & no one behind me for my online order & still had to pull up & wait for another 10 minutes. No one cares anymore
My wife and I stopped for lunch. I got the mushroom and swiss burger and onion rings. They ran out of the bread they usually use for this burger and offered a different bun. The meal was good and I enjoyed it. We stop there every few months or so, however, my wife usually would order a crispy chicken sandwich. Every time it was cold and kind of rubbery. So, this time she only got fries and a strawberry shake. She said they were very good. So, because she won't order a meal, as I did, I don't think I'll be going back to that particular store. I'll find another place for us to eat when we go. Up to Greenwood, Indiana.

This location is not good whenever we get good we all get sick .
I'm not even exaggerating, this is the best Burger King I've had in years. Food was so fresh and made with all customizations correctly. The drinks were even super flavored and carbonated like McDonalds drinks which doesn't usually happen at BKs. All this with only like 2 people working the entire building. They really don't deserve to be doing all that work themselves but they did a great job regardless. And I'm not even high 💯
