Too bad can't give them a negative 5 stars! Well this was a descent place to grab a quick dinner when non-stop on the run. I WILL NEVER RETUEN HERE! I came here about mth ago & food was all wrong & cold.. today decided to give it another try & I regret it!! Wasted $30 in the trash for my family all get wrong food, refried fries so hard can't even bite them, so trash, all sandwiches had toppings that were asked to be left off, so trash, the entire meal went into the trash! I'm in customer service field as well & I would be firing the staff there especially evening staff! It's not play time when you're at work.. lost a 5 customers from this household.

I’m being gracious with an overall 3 right now because I usually have great service here, but today was just not it. The young lady working back drive was very sweet and she deserves a raise but the middle aged gentleman at the second window ensured that I didn’t have a pleasant experience. As soon as I pulled up to the window he just said “you had the Dr Pepper” and I just replied “no” in hindsight I guess I could’ve just said “I had a value Coke” but let me finish and you’ll see why it probably wouldn’t have mattered. So he made his hands into a rushing motion and rudely asked me what I had. I replied “a value Coke” because I was getting a happy meal for my son and the drink was for me, instead of just getting me a value Coke he wasted more time by asking my name, so I told him (twice over) then asked someone who was busy working what drink I had and they replied “a value Coke” Basically, I won’t be coming back during day shift.

The chicken fries were hot and soggy and the original chicken sandwich was the same hot and soggy but my wife food amazing mine not so much.

Extremely rude guys, they asked me to pull around the corner other cars behind me got served and passed me and I waited 20 minutes for one Whopper meal and 16 nuggets.

I've been here until four times over the past two weeks and it hasn't been Bad until today The dude taking my order literally could not stay off of Snapchat. He was asking me what I wanted as he a snap chatting somebody making my meal still on his phone taking his sweet time finally all my foods up and ready hands it to me. He's like ahh you have a shake . He goes around the corner to make it comes back around. I can visually see what the girl just snapped him ! I don't know what's wrong with the kids these days, but your phone should not even be allowed to be out immediate. Write up dismissal for the day. That's the only way these kids are gonna learn because obviously their parents did not raise them right. The food was fire as always, no problems there the manager was super dope and accommodating.

Have been here several times. Always go through drive through. This time I check out order and my Whopper was wrong. I had to drive back. There was someone different at the window. He switched my sandwich and threw in an order of fries for having to come back which was nice of him.

The staff struggle with getting drive-through orders correct sometimes, but other than that miniscule fault, it's pretty much your average BK experience.

Wife and I ordered food through the BK app to be delivered. Upon arrival, noticed that roughly half our order was wrong. Tried reporting the issue through the app and the automated response said they would respond in 24-48 hours. We decided to reach out to the store directly and we're told we didn't get our items, and had random ones substituted, due to the limited time events being over. The individual on the phone stated the store has no way to reach out to customers if there are issues since it's fulfilled by Doordash, even though on the Doordash tablet there is an option to do so. The individual further stated they asked the dasher who arrived to contact us and ask if the substitutions made would be okay, and the dasher said "no, they'll be fine with it." No attempt to contact the customer, didn't cancel the order when they saw that half of the order couldn't be fulfilled, and lastly didn't offer to try to make it right in any way.

People are wonderful, the food was barely room temp. I went through the drive thru in a hurry so I didn’t have time to turn around and ask for fresh food. It. Was. Gross.
