Pizza wasn't very good. The one in Greenwood/ Whiteland tasted a whole lot better.

I have ordered pizza at Chicago’s for about 10 years or longer. Tonight I ordered a small sausage pepperoni extra cheese well done deep dish pizza. I did not open the box and look at the pizza before I left or I would not have paid for it but when I got home and opened the box the pizza is literally black!! I have ordered this same pizza at least 100x and it had NEVER looked like this. I called and asked for them to remake it and I would gladly make the drive back with this one but the manager refused to do so. This in my opinion is absolutely terrible customer service and because of this I will never go back to this Chicago’s Pizza again!!! Well done does not mean burnt!!!

This place is incredible... I just had to get the lunch buffet that I can never get enough of . The desert pizza ? is amazingly delicious

Can't remember last time we ate @ a Chicago's Pizza, but this was GREAT! Ordered thin crust; it was thin, crispy, tasty & not greasy. Service was fast & pleasant. Will try to go again to one in my home state soon!

My husband and I recently had our first time visit. Following the buffet closure around 2:00 or so, we had never eaten there before. As we walked in the front door some of the staff were more interested in the man dancing near 31 in the grass, than greeting us! I went up to the counter (to ask if we ordered there) and they said to have a seat and someone would be with us. Seven to ten minutes later no one acknowledged us. I went and asked one of the girls if we could get a menu. She said, "Oh, someone will be right with you". This after she'd delivered water and menus to a family who came in before us. We sat again for another ten minutes, then left out the side door. Perhaps I should've asked for a manager. We might try a visit again down the road. Too bad, as I am a VERY strong tipper for great service! Jockamo's was happy to oblige!

We used to live in chicago and the deep dish here doesn't look like there. It tasted better and much thicker and regular deep dish has more ingredients and saucier and cheesier in Chicago.

The lunch buffet is amazing and all you can eat for $12 is a heck of a deal. The staff do a great job of keeping up with fresh pizzas. I've been going here for years and it's great every time.
