Chicago's Pizza is the best pizza around. They use quality ingredients and produce a very consistent pizza, no skimping on toppings.

Their lunch buffet is a personal favorite. In terms of pizza, their deep dish is hard to beat, and it's always great to top off a meal with a dessert pizza.

The owner is friendly and is frequently onsite, and the staff is friendly, offering great service.

Chicago's Pizza has been able to accommodate large take out orders for us, as well as large groups for dining in with use of their party room.

They were not bussing tables nearly fast enough. They were over selling so I had to wait 10 minutes before I could actually sit down to eat even though there were plenty of open tables needing bussed. This was during the busy weekday lunch hours

I've been coming here since you opened and live right around the corner. I can't eat cheese anymore, so I tend to get a sandwich without cheese or opt for pasta. Over the last few months, the bbq chicken sandwich has varied widely in consistency (sometimes the bun has way too much butter, sometimes almost burnt; too much bbq sauce, hardly any sauce; sometimes a good portion of chicken, sometimes not much for the $). Today 7/15/25, they got my order wrong (it had cheese on it and pickle), so they remade the sandwich. The 2nd one was missing bacon and had very little sauce. They gave me a cup of bacon bits, but it was not baked like it is on the sandwich. I heard a college student was back working there and messed up the order. I've also had to turkey bacon club recently and they always put huge chunks of lettuce on the sandwich (way too big to even eat). Due to all the inconsistent food quality, I'm not returning anytime soon. I like to support the local places, but don't feel like I'm getting $11+ value with the food and experience.

My family LOVES this Chicago’s location! The pizza is excellent, the staff is attentive and professional, the space is family friendly (we have several small kids so this is hard to find in a restaurant), and to top it off, the owners are wonderful family that we love supporting. Thank you for making so many family movie nights complete with your fantastic pizza!

This location used to have the best pizza when they first opened. In the last year, the quality of their pizza has gone way down. The sauce is minimal and the cheese is minimal. It’s mostly dough.

Contrast with that, last week, we went to Chicago’s Pizza in Speedway, and it was awesome! Lots of delicious sauce and a thick layer of cheese.

Hoping the Whiteland location will return to their former way of making great pizza.

We are new to the area and got a coupon in the mail and decided to give it a try. It was amazing. Everyone was happy and we loved the amount of cheese. That was an excellent marketing tool because we definitely we be coming back soon to try the salad bar for a dine-in experience.

So I used to have 5 stars, went today for the buffet. And the employee are talking about their sexy life with nightclub music on a Monday at noon. The atmosphere was not the vibe with kids.
