Chicago's Pizza Whiteland

So I used to have 5 stars, went today for the buffet. And the employee are talking about their sexy life with nightclub music on a Monday at noon. The atmosphere was not the vibe with kids.

I’m extremely disappointed and angry with the experience I had at Pizza Chicago today. I waited 30 minutes for my three pizzas, and when I politely asked about my order, the young Black male teenager at the front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful. His attitude and lack of professionalism were completely uncalled for. I’ve been a loyal customer, coming here plenty of times before without any issues, but today was unacceptable. Pizza Chicago, you need to seriously train your staff on how to properly treat customers. This behavior is disgraceful and should never happen again.

Tried placing Carry out order this evening. Employee who answered the telephone was completely rude and immature and laughing while I was trying to place my order had to repeat myself multiple times and she was just completely rude and unfocused and immature. Then when asked to speak to the manager hung up on me, I had to call back to speak to the manager who also seemed completely disinterested and had no true genuine care about the situation .whoever owns this location needs to Seriously, reconsider who he’s paying to manage the store. Was a routine customer and will no longer be bringing my heart and money in business to this location absolutely pitiful.

Amazing pizza! Tried the bruschetta (I added black olives) and the Big Hurt pepperoni. Both were delicious! We don't live close, but this will be our new go-to pizza place when we are up that way.
