Chick fil a never disappoints keep up the good work
Very upset ordered a wrap and the creamy salsa in drive thru, got home and no creamy salsa which is the whole reason I order that entree, high expectations for a simple order, disappointed

Ice cream cones were not consistent with all other franchises’ cones. Stale, too.
Bathrooms were weird with broken sinks.

Literally just stood at the pick up counter for 29 minutes waiting for my food. They told me they were waiting on the chicken to come up fresh I watched about 14 people go through the line. I placed my order on DoorDash for myself store pick up the girl then asked me to confirm my order before getting it to me? There's no way to confirm my personal order we argued about it for 10 minutes. Finally showed her my receipt pulled out my Indiana state ID showed her that it is my first and last name before she gave the food to me. It was solid cold once getting to my car.
I was so upset did not even catch her name . I'm sure the owner was standing there looking at me when I arrived I had a John dear hat on and a shirt with lemons. Watched 2 ez cater orders get picked up and 6 DoorDash order and no one was asked to confirm anything ... won't be returning here ever !!!
