I tried the grilled chicken sandwich for the first time. I will say, I like Jaggers much better. I was not a fan. Neil was very nice. My daughter and I appreciate him. Neil was like a grand father figure. He remembered my name when I was leaving. Neil is awesome! My daughter did like her chicken sandwich. I have no complaints about the fries.

This was not the Chick~fil~A in Bloomington, in. But the one by S135 in front of Menards. Same good quality as Bloomington.
I drove through the line at rush hour and absolutely no one took my order. Then when I got to the front of the line they took my order and then apparently couldn't get my card to work. Then she handed it back and said hold on and walked away. All I ordered was two 30 piece nuggets and 2 large half and halfs.

Ridiculous lines people in line are rude blocking traffic blocking intersections to get in this place..staff working fast and hard to get out orders as fast as they can. Staff can't blink or will be behind. Staff keeps up pace.Parking: Good luck getting in the parking lot at lunch time if you get lu KY and get to park good luck backi g out with out a wait.

Once again, I received a joke between two buns when I ordered my chicken sandwich meal. Full price for a three bite sandwich that you can't even see hiding in the bun. I only have myself to blame. I committed to myself that I would not go back to this location again. This is at least the 20th sandwich that that I've received and paid full price for at this location. Even though the small piece of chicken is smaller than a chicken biscuit. I don't ever leave reviews, but this has got to stop. Two options will work for me. Don't charge me full price for half a sandwich, or give me a full sandwich.

Usually a fan of Chick-fil-A, but on this visit, a single sandwich took 15 minutes and was sub-par. The place was dirty with food and trash on the floors. The trash bin outside of front doors was overflowing with trash on the ground.
First time, was impressed with the flavors and the service - fast and the follow-up asking if we needed anything!Kid-friendliness: My grandchild recommended it, and they ate every bite…me, too!
Stopped in today to take my granddaughter for our usual Saturday lunch date. Disappointed that the last handful of times we have been and needed a drink refill or to exchange her book/toy for a treat have stood in the usual place and have been ignored by multiple employees. This time after standing for a time with toy in hand and being ignored by at least 5 different employees, had to get in the regular ordering line and wait. A simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated, even if the employees were too busy to help me. May seem trivial to some, however for a brand that has prided itself in the past for exceptional customer service and after my complaint falling on deaf ears, I wanted to feel heard. Side note: I was not unkind when voicing my complaint.

The Greenwood, IN location on Marlin Dr. consistently misses one item from our order every time we order via the mobile app. Store does not give refunds for digital orders nor do they refund any points used on items not received.
Vivian was very pleasant to deal with in the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. Never a issue with getting the wrong order.
