Food was pretty bad, made my girlfriend sick. Service was terrible. I've had better service from a white castle at 4am. Our server, I think her name was Amanda (she had red hair) took our drink order, and then immediately sat down at the table next to us and talked to her friend for like 8 minutes. She then came back and took our order and brought us our drinks, after bringing the drinks after about 12 minutes she sat down again and had another 5 minute conversation with her friend, they hugged and the friend left. I ordered a beer which I waited 15 minutes for, I reminded her about it and she said "oh it should probably be up by now" like duh? It's been 15 minutes. Que another 5 minutes of waiting for the beer, im assuming she asked the bartender to make it on the fly and forgot about it again, because the bar staff brought it to the table. 30 minutes after ordering our food came out, and the crispers were more like soggers, as they were soggy and tasteless. The food was also brought by another waiter so I guess our waitress just missed the day of training where they were supposed to teach her that she has to run her own food and drinks. Overall probably the worst chilis I've been too. I couldn't care less that they couldn't serve and burgers or steak, but the food and service was so bad I will never be back to this location.

Went here last night and they had no steaks or burgers. The food I did get has had me on the toilet since late last night. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the service was not very good at all. They also don’t give customers toothpicks any longer, the staff just seemed like they had a I don’t care attitude, and that is probably a direct reflection from the management.

We had a party of 3 and they were really busy when we got here, but we only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us several times while we ate. The food came out nice and hot and was delicious. Great experience. It was a little noisy, but that was to be expected.

We Love Chilis! You can’t go wrong with the 10.99 meal. The hamburger is the best. With the rewards you get a free appetizer. Love Chilis chips better than our favorite Mexican restaurant. Shush don’t tell them. Sweet tea taste like southern tea. For 10.99 choice of drink, hamburger, fries and soup or salad and actually is enough food for 2. Service has always been consistent and above and beyond! Eat in or pickup I give Chilis 5 plus stars!!!
First time eating here. I really had a good experience, I had the mushroom burger 🍔💯. My wife had the brisket quesadilla 👍🏻💯. I had the triple platter, Southwest egg rolls, The wonderful cheese sticks, and Chicken crispers. My cheese pull was literally almost across the table💥💯 and also got the loaded mac and cheese. 🤤❤️🧀

Interesting revamp. While not sure if they gotten better with their food menu and even a concept cohesiveness but not bad. Our server was great and tried her despite the kitchen running out of food.

I went here and ate for new years eve and not even 24 hours later I became really ill to the point I had to go to the hospital I contact the restaurant as soon as they opened and let them knew that I believe I may have had food poison I gave the manager my info to pass along to the correct person it's 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on a return call. I called them today to see what happened with the call back and was left on hold while the women was suppose to put the manager on the phone but no one came back to phone. The call eventually hung up. SMH... At this point I will be reaching out to the health department because as I read thru reviews I'm not the only one became ill after eating here.

Great customer and quality service. Waitress was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. Manager was awesome too and made sure everything was good too. We will come back again. Teamwork with waitress and manager was great and presentation of food recieved was great and highly important. Thank you both.
