This location for cold stone creamery is the best location to come for some of the best ice cream around. The staff are very polite and prompt. Awesome place!

I get the costumised ice cream for $13 dollars and it was missing topings i paid for and the taste was worse and their costumers service is low grade the girl who was taking my order ask me to show the online order receipt three times because she doesn’t trust me thats insulting behaviour and their childish behaviour they dont know how to do their job worst place and staff i would recommend you to stay away from these place

My husband introduced me to cold stone and he’s not even from this side of town! I will not go to another ice cream shop. I love the ice cream and the workers are always so friendly. I always tell myself to try another flavor but Dough For It is my absolute favorite!

Preordered a cake. On day of pickup my sons name is spelled incorrectly but was told it cldnt be done over. After we cut the cake, 2 bites in and my daughter finds a long black hair mixed into the ice cream part of the cake. I contact the store online and the response i got was "We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. All our staff are wearing hats at work as we are required. Regarding the misspellings, we apologize. We will certainly use it as a training tool for our staff. "
As if the hats are going to stop the free flowing hair tht isnt in the hat. This is not the 1st time but will be our last time going here. 40+ dollars for a cake tht went in the trash and wasnt offered any kind of compensation!

They need to take food allergies more seriously. We told the worker that our daughter had a peanut allergy, then watched her put peanut butter M&M's in her ice cream. We told the worker, who insisted that they were milk chocolate. Luckily, my wife sampled it and confirmed that it was peanut butter. Our daughter really could have gotten hurt, you need to be better.

Got my order wrong and cake batter flavor was chunky and gross.

I went to pick up a birthday cake for my daughters 19th birthday. I saw online they can personalize your cake. So I asked if they could write on the cake. 15 minutes later the boy came out with the cake. I am very disappointed in the results of the writing on this $45 icecream cake.

Workers are slow and my milkshake is always as if it’s melted, even when freshly prepared, which tells me they are probably putting too much milk in it. Shakes are almost $10, so there really is no wiggle room when it comes to making sure food is prepared properly. I wish we had other locations closer to us.

I asked for cookie dough icecream which was half melted when it was handed to me literally leaking down the sides & it had no cookie dough in it at all.

Blatantly ignores door dash drivers. Rude staff.

Me and my girl went and the younger guy that helped us had a ear bud in and she had to repeat herself 3 times to ask for the ice cream to be put in a cone and he evidently couldn’t hear her cause of his headphones so she gave up and got a small cup so that she didnt hold up the line. We went today on June 28 at around 8:15pm

I called and asked if they had fresh cones was hung up on 2 times drove in on my home from work and a piggy followed me in and because I had already been hung up on twice piggy followed pursuit. Don't order from here it turned into something bigger than it needed to be over a fresh cone. Seriously some Greenwood pig wants to put me away because I'm asking for a fresh cone

Our ice cream was pretty good but employees seemed like they may have been overwhelmed? There were three people there and it took several minutes for anyone to greet us and take our order. Once they did, my ice cream got made and then my partner had to wait. Unfortunately, mine was already melting before his was even started. Checkout went smoothly and the ice cream was pretty good, even if melted. My partner got their Signature apple pie ice cream, and said there was hardly any apple but was good anyways. Our biggest problem was the bathrooms. One was out of order, which hey it happens, but the only open bathroom smelled HORRIBLE. It smelled putrid of body odor, like they had a spray for it lol. This is my childhood Cold Stone but I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon…
