I love Culver's but the service here sucks. Nearly every time I come through the drive through, something is missing. This time, we were missing fries for both meals (and I did check that we were charged for meals). It's just irritating especially because it's not cheap & it keeps me from coming to this location.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I’ve had Culver’s a handful of times over the last year from this location. Each and every single time my order was messed up entirely. From mountains of mushrooms on my burger that i didn’t order to missing items entirely. This location is a failure and so are the staff. One messed up order okay. 5 messed up orders consecutively? Just go ahead and close it down man.

Great staff! Everyone was quite helpful and polite!
Raw burgers and undercooked fries the last two visits. Seems like most staff no longer listen well. One girl just interrupts a lot and asks questions I've already answered. Between that and the new chicken sandwiches being VILE and no more beef gravy I'm not really sure what reason I'd have to go back here again. Disappointing.

Megan H was very polite, she asked how my day was, where i worked and once i said i worked at the bank she asked if i was a teller. She initiated a conversation and not many people do that these days! I appreciated the Friendliness.
